Firstly, the showroom. It was great to see living working bathrooms and be able to see what it feels like to stand/sit in the shower and such like. The salesman was extremely pleasant and helpful and wasn't just out to take as much money as he could. Because they did a site visit and survey there were no 'unexpected' problems and the whole job (converting bathroom with bath to wet room with shower and disabled access) went well. The man who did the work never slacked and the Mr Passmore himself called round to check progress and satisfaction. The job was planned to avoid long periods without facilities and the guy worked over to make sure it was usable before the bank holiday weekend. Best of all they refused to take any payment until the job was fully signed off to the customer's (my dad) satisfaction.

The manufacturer upheld the complaint and credited 2 replacment worktops and funds for refit costs. It took months to get the 2nd worktop and i had to pay for the refit even though budget recieved the money from the manufacturers. Im having to take them to smalls claims court to get a resolve. Keep away from them if you want good service!

Communication was excellent regarding the initial measuring up, to the design, to visiting the showroom to finalise plans and book in the job, to daily updates on progress and plans for the next day and being available whenever required to help accommodate changes. The guys even gave up their Saturdays and worked into the evenings some days to make sure that progress stayed on track. The entire HHI team have been hard working, polite, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, understanding, and accommodating to last minute changes.
