Over recent years I have used this store now and again. Now I use it far more often and I no longer…read morewaste my time going to these large DIY places. Blackburns are far more knowledgeable and always make sure you walk out with the correct stuff and they are better prices. Total no brainer!

Oddjobs is a very handy hardware store in Brighouse. They sell everything you could think of…read moreneeding for odd jobs around the house. Screws, pipes, bits of plastic LOL. The blokes behind the counter are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have some bits of furniture in the window too, and larger items like ladders and brooms. The shop is filthy but what do you expect from a hardware shop?! The prices are reasonable and they usually have everything well stocked. I think they also do callouts for odd jobs at your house, I don't know how much they charge but I expect it wouldn't be too much.

They even sell paraffin. Allways busy as it is the only place like it for miles around
