Whilst outside the 30 day right to refund and return stipulated under the 2015 Consumer Act this is well within the six month period in which it is the retailers responsibility, not the manufacturers, to either fix or replace the item. Gotchs failed to recognize this and told us we had to go to the manufacturer. This is very unhelpful and I'll-informed customer service. This really does need rectifying as Gotchs will lose customers.

Gotch's is an electrical store selling very much what you would expect in the likes of Curry's on Gowthorpe. Gotch's is a family run business that has built up a good reputation amongst the locals not only for its goods but also for it excellent sales and after sales service. The Interior is larger than you would think with a range of house hold appliances as well as ranges in TV's and music. In the past we have brought a freezer and a tumble dryer, and that's even after shopping around for prices. The prices are too similar to bother with the big companies and its nice to support a Selby business over the national stores.

Or, as I suspect more so, they had a sneaky advertising idea - well it worked, I saw the goods on the street and decided to browse. Situated along the busy road of shops near Crossgates shopping center, EHS is a handy store for your household appliances. They are a sales and service store, though I've not had them fix anything so can't really vouch for that aspect of the business. What I can vouch for is the immense amount of goods they have! You want a cheap vacuum? Check - try before you buy Bissell on sale. You want an oven/hob/washing machine/refrigerator/microwave/iron/any other handy household must have? Check. All in store, for some prices that are not half bad either. Cool old salesman type included in the deal, in so far as he'll help you make the sale! Their Harrogate Road shop is small if you're used to Comet but has a good range of products in stock and friendly and helpful staff - and it's nice to know you're supporting a small family business rather than helping stores such as Comet multiply like creepy pulsating blobs out of a naff alien horror film! Their products include washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, cookers, dishwashers and microwaves. They also offer a maintenance and repair service for most kitchen appliances, so they have in-depth knowledge about their products. They deliver free within Leeds and cheaply within the UK and their prices are very competitive.

Being a little local shop they also have to have reasonably competitive prices too, so even better - local, small and cheap! You can expect all kinds of standard white goods in here, washing machines, tumble dryers, dish washers, ovens, fridge freezers, gas and electrical cooker/hobs and more. As well as all those sorts of essential items they also stock a range of other handy electricals too. They had a range of heaters, at some really good prices, irons, kettles and many other similar items. I'm moving house pretty soon and having gone down the route of buying in super cheapo-break-in-six-months kitchen appliances I feel it might be time to try somewhere new for all those much needed things - I think I've found my place! They are offering global delivery but the charges are excessive for instance: to USA costs £10,000 for just the delivery, Europe is £1000. Robinsons often has bargain items such as second hand but top condition washers, hoovers and other electrical (mainly kitchen) items in the window. Situated next to the Ritz cinema it doesn't have its own parking but customers can park in the nearby town square or pull up along the road to load larger items. Robinsons has been going for many years and I have never heard a bad thing about the service, the products or the prices. Definitely worth a look.

U pay £30 then the fitters come fit the carpet, u pay them £40 then £10 a week interest free. Its not cheap but i don't miss a 10er. Once you've paid half u can then get another room done. Everything I had done was professional and I've no complaints. The Cardiff team are top notch and I'd recommend them.
