They waited until the day of delivery to tell me that it would be postponed for two more weeks. Then two weeks later and they keep feeding me the same lie that I'm sure they give everybody. On "backorder because of covid." That is simply a lie! If it wasn't, they would not be waiting until the day I'm suppose to pick up the lights to tell me, need I remind you that this happened multiple times. As someone who buys lights, baths, sinks, faucets, ect. on a regular basis- this is NOT a company you want to deal with.

The showroom has several demonstration areas with appliances set in real kitchens that are beautiful. Many of the appliances are functional. I was able to see what an induction cooktop is capable of doing before making a decision. Fergusons has lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and every bath and kitchen fixture imaginable. Hopefully, I'll never have to remodel our kitchen again, but if I do I'll consider sourcing my fixtures here.
