On "backorder because of covid." That is simply a lie! If it wasn't, they would not be waiting until the day I'm suppose to pick up the lights to tell me, need I remind you that this happened multiple times. As someone who buys lights, baths, sinks, faucets, ect. on a regular basis- this is NOT a company you want to deal with.

The showroom has several demonstration areas with appliances set in real kitchens that are beautiful. Many of the appliances are functional. I was able to see what an induction cooktop is capable of doing before making a decision. Fergusons has lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and every bath and kitchen fixture imaginable. Hopefully, I'll never have to remodel our kitchen again, but if I do I'll consider sourcing my fixtures here.

We would never hire this company to clean my toilets let alone any type of construction this was the worse contractors we have ever had. Lowe's staff and manager were very good. They did erverything they told us they would, They fired this company because of the shoddy work they do. They had several dissatisfied customer because of Regional. They brought in Honey Do contractors to clean up the mess that Regional did. Honey Do did such a good job we hired them to do our guest bath. They will start work when the products come in.

Days and sometimes weeks will pass without anyone showing up to do any work. When someone does show up it's almost always one person. Workers have shown up hours late. Phone calls and texts from me have gone unanswered and they have still not given me a schedule of when the work will be completed. I would never, ever consider hiring Regional Contractors or using another business that contracts with them.
