We went there and had no clue to what we wanted, especially me and my husband had an opposite style in mind. Philip asked us like our budget, and he saw we have lots of kids, so he pointed us the rugs that are best with messy toddlers. He was modestly honest with what size of rug we need to. So be sure to know you're measurements as per room and furniture. What I like about this store is, it had wide variety of rugs which narrows you to the best one for you with the big help of Philip, an owner who really knows the business and who is honestly helpful in every way.

They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since.
