That's when I called Mary at Katy Kitchen and Bath, what a godsend she is. From the very first phone conversation I knew I wanted to work with her but the question was could we afford her. She came over the very next day and gave us some great advice, some hope that this project could actually be finished and best of all her estimate was very reasonable! She and Vern got right to work that week fitting us in between other jobs they were already working on. Our kitchen is beautiful! Thank you Vern and Mary for a job well done!

Abed contacted me promptly and was very professional (from the beginning). Abed listened to my request, asked for pictures, and offered me multiple options to get to my goal. I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.

They unfortunately didn't have it in stock but told me where I may find it. I had no luck but was able to find it on Amazon. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale. The sales guys will lie about availability just to make a sale, and then they don't communicate with you at all about a backorder or dates.
