The Good: Their Employees The crew were really a 5-star…read morerating. They were kind, respectful and honest. I had fun working with them, and they are a valuable asset to the company. The Bad: Communication Disconnect: There seems to be communication disconnect between the management/sales and crew. The crew showed up with 2 12' ladders (16' reach height) for a 24' ceiling spray job. They had to borrow my scaffolding to be able to tape off the rafters (wanted to leave them black and not have any spray foam on them). This was an inefficiency to the project. Equipment failure: The first day they discovered there was a plugged line. I helped troubleshoot for several hours and eventually we got the line flowing but ran out of time to spray that day. Second day: The spray gun malfunctioned. I helped troubleshoot for a couple more hours but without success. Lessons learned is the crews need time to service their equipment. Spending 4 or even 8 hours for an employee to complete full maintenance on a machine that costs tens of thousands of dollars is worth it in my opinion. Delays: The project was delayed multiple times due to other projects. After helping fix their machinery and the time off I had to take from work, I felt that it would be nice if they could could comp a portion of the spray or include another part of the house spray for free. After a negotiation attempt in person, I was told that they had plenty of business and would not be impacted if didn't use them for business. I left with my money back. I will not be using them again.

Destroyed a $7000.00…read morewalk-in tub; cut the drain hole in the wrong place, glued the access panel to its motor shut, set it 4-6 inches high off the floor so it is no longer ADA compliant, and walled and tiled in the end with faucets and drain so a wall has to be torn out to repair it. Set hundreds of dollars of tile cockeyed, did not return to remove non-sanded grout until 5 days later and then etched the travertine tile trying to get the grout off. Broke the tile on the floor that was just laid by cutting tile for the wall on top of it. Set all the tile on one wall without grout joints so it was impossible to grout the wall. Covered that ruined tile wall with another board and tiled over the wall of tile and wasted that wall of tile. Covered much of the cabinetry with grout that couldn't be removed without ruining the wood. Put the faucet on backwards. Threw away parts of the sink, the drain, etc., onto the junk heap. Requested more money for the project multiple times throughout the project. Lacks a contractor's license and for good reason. Beware. Don't let this happen to you.

He missed several spots and when I asked him to come back to fix, I got a lecture about how he doesn't like to do touch ups and how much training he had. The spots he did look OK but the inside of the doors and other areas are missed. Buy some Restor A Finish from Lowes and do it yourself if you have small areas like mine. I would not recommend this company for touch ups....maybe they do better with the whole kitchen. UPDATE: 12/30/22 I received a full refund from Tim today by certified mail with a nice letter. I paid him on 11/21/22. I only said a half refund would be adequate because the work was not completed satisfactorily. Too bad this had to happen. I was just being honest about the work and price.

My husband and I wanted a second opinion and as soon as our second opinion man looked up our fireplace with his flashlight his first words were "you had this cleaned?" He actually ran a camera up the chimney and showed us the 3rd degree build up and said whoever cleaned this just used a brush. New guy used a chain to clean it than ran the camera back up it to show us it was clean and deamed it safe to use and we did not need a 3,000.00 liner. By the way Joe said the fireplace wasn't safe to use and urged us to get a liner. I'm so glad we got a second opinion from a real professional who uses a camera before and after the cleaning.
