Until that is when you found your shoe selection but they never have your size available. I mean they never, never have my size of a men's 9 1/2 in stock to purchase at store level. Ok so I accept that this particular style may have been a good seller. But then my 2nd 3rd & 4th choice are all out of the same size! C'mon there's plenty of shoes in sizes of 7, 7 1/2, 12 & 13. That's about the only thing that fills up their clearance wall. It totally isn't the store or employees fault. It's the company's buyers who order those shoe styles & have them distributed to the branches with the horrible size allocations. I think I rather have 9's, 9 1/2's & 10's overstock & not miss sales verses having so many of the unpopular sizes left over. The only saving grace was the Assist. Mgr. who convinced me to have me order the styles I desired through their warehouse free shipping to home. I got my order in 2 days. That was impressive!
