We decided to reached out to K&B for some closet organization. Eric was the one in charge of our project and he did everything from the quote to final install. We were very happy with the planning, design, communication, and install that Eric with K&B was able to provide for us. He was prompt with replys, clear when communicating, and thural when installing. I do not see us going anywhere else for future projects.

It worked beautifully, because everyone at the company does high quality work, and the Arganbrights have great integrity and years of experience. They write very detailed construction proposals, with each element priced out, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. (Their prices are more than fair, by the way.) They sent photos and kept in regular phone and email contact, so we completely felt in the loop while work was being done. The Iowa-made WoodHarbor cabinets they feature are high quality, and the Arganbrights have good relationships with suppliers such as Cambria (quartz countertops) that result in savings to the homeowner. When we arrived from CA, the house was very thoroughly cleaned, all appliances checked and it was ready for move in. We recommend WoodHarbor highly. Remodeling and construction are usually stress-filled endeavors, but not so this time. We would work with the Arganbrights again, happily.

If I could give a negative star I would. This company was a nightmare to work with and one of the…read moreworst hires I've ever made. We contracted in Oct. 2020. Demo to our kitchen started in February 2021. The first experience was them tearing out bulk heads in the ceiling and leaving it wide open in sub zero temperatures, with insulation blowing all over our house for more than a day/night. Their work was horrible, everything had to be done more than once. They made huge messes that were rarely cleaned up. They left our old stove and dishwasher in a snow bank in the driveway for weeks, along with leaving boxes and trash in the garage. Both instances I had to ASK them to take care of it. They damaged our appliances, were suppose to give us a custom pantry , that we paid extra for, and left it unfinished and the wood split and damaged. Our "new," cabinets have extra holes drilled into them. They take no responsibility for their sub contractors, mistakes, messes etc. They were paid 20k up front on an estimated 40k job. (this does not include our appliances) They were paid another 10k, and then they refused to finish the project saying WE were the problem. They demanded , via a letter from an attorney, not a person phone call etc. (cowards) their pay out as they said they were done in may. All the while in now Sept. 2021, I have a hole in my ceiling STILL, a damaged unfinished pantry, unstained corners on the floor trim, damage to my $4000.00 stove, uneven crown molding, chipped paint, and a broken light in my entry way caused by them. Now we have to pay someone else to finish their mess as they refuse to do so. Dane Nolte and Zach Mikklus are sorry excuses for project managers. One never knew what the other had said or done, it was mind blowing!

WhileI love the beautiful products, pricing tends to be a little steep, and you really have to look for deals when offered. You will be disappointed... repeatedly. We had our bathroom…read moreremodeled by Bath Planet about six years ago. When we first received the estimate, we were told the shower and all associated work came with a lifetime warranty. Since then, we have had a recurring mold issue forming behind the silicone. They did come out once before and reapply the caulking, but the mold issue continues. After reviewing the contract, it does state that caulking itself is not included in the warranty. However, our concern is not normal caulking wear, but the repeated failure and mold forming behind the silicone after it has already been replaced. Under normal conditions, properly installed and sealed silicone should not be allowing mold to develop in this way. When we contacted customer service, we were told there would be a $250 service fee to come out and inspect the issue, and when we requested escalation, we were advised it could only be handled via email with a callback at an unspecified time. At this point, our concern is that this appears to be a workmanship or installation issue rather than routine caulking maintenance, and the response we have received has not aligned with what we were originally told at the time of installation. Based on our experience, we are disappointed with both the ongoing issue and the handling of our concerns.
