When I contacted customer service for them to uphold their one year satisfaction guarantee, I was told no. They basically said that I created the crease and it did not happen at their manufacturing plant. So the company does not even uphold their own standards. I won't be shopping with lululemon again.

This shop is filled with what I can only describe as man-cave oddities including specialty cutlery, metal models and just an array of things you don't see everyday, as well as some provisions e.g. unique coffee blends. It's not a shop that I could spend hours exploring but it definitely captured my interest long enough to look at all their offerings. There is a lot of inventory in a relatively small space. The store is very organized and the staff if very friendly so if you do visit there's no need leaving without having all your questions answered...

I was at this awesome little shop this last Saturday, 4/22- fantastic inventory for a smaller shop. There are a few shops in the area with knife selection but they're utterly inferior (but fun to check out) compared to this shop. The one thing that showed me that this shop even existed was the awesome sign that says something along the lines of, "manly toys, manly hobbies"- I had to drop in to see if the sign lived up to its claim. As I've said, I was very impressed with the offerings they've got at this shop. Wasn't just that though- both of the employees on shift were absolutely top-notch. One of them was working on a tool or busy with something iirc but when I walked by him he greeted me and told me to please let him know if there's anything he can help me with. A few minutes later I took him up on it and asked if I could take a closer look at a nice camo para 2 I had my eye on. He dropped what he was doing and said, "oh absolutely brother, no trouble at all". Love the attitude. We chatted for a good 5-10 min, the guy is super knowledgeable.. steels/general metallurgy, guns, actions, history, etc.- the guy knew darn near everything. I forgot to ask his name but he's the guy who had a grandpa who worked on design for one of the big firearm manufacturers back in the day. I had just finished eating a big meal so I was a little sleepy- wish I remembered which manufacturer as that would help identify the guy (he and I were looking at one of the bright yellow serrated H2 knives that had a depressed glass-breaker at the butt of the knife's handle- we were both confused as neither of us had ever seen that mechanism in a knife before. It pops out when you squeeze the handle with the blade closed). He was great- best interaction I've had with an employee/salesperson in a good while- he definitely belongs in sales/customer service as he was warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable, conversational, etc. I genuinely enjoyed conversing with him and will definitely be back to this shop primarily because of him (it's hard to find good help nowadays- someone who actually cares about something other than tiktok, especially in the younger generations... I should know as I'm a part of those younger gens) but also because of the solid product selection. Anyway, there was a skinnier gentleman working behind the counter as well- he was great and very helpful. TL;DR : Come visit this shop- I promise you will absolutely not regret it! Great selection (Spyderco, Benchmade, Kershaw, Microtech, CRKT, etc), great staff, and solid location. I'll be back very soon! The only thing I'd like to see different is for them to start carrying Zero Tolerance. They're absolutely fantastic knives, rock-solid and they use great steels.

Plus, it was a cute little cottage looking building repurposed into a storefront. We stepped inside and were greeted by a friendly gentleman who told us a lot about any product we picked up, he was super helpful and kind. I love employees that act as a brand ambassador and are so well versed about their products! They had slingshots, high quality playing cards, notebooks, leather satchels, cologne, shaving kits, and more. Definitely a good stop if you need to buy a man in your life a little something. If I lived closer, I'm sure I would've purchased at least a gift or two here for Christmas!

They have upgraded/remodeled the inside and I love it! The couch's are so bright and inviting and everything just looks so fresh and vibrant! It is such a treat to shop here! They have a great selection of items out and available to purchase. I love trying on the new items and comparing different canvas prints and leathers. They have purses, luggage, fine and fashion jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, shoes and more! My favorite part of Louis Vuitton (besides the bags of course) are the client advisors! Esmeralda is an absolute gem! We were fortunate enough to have been assigned to her last year and now I can't get enough! She is full of life and personality and is always so welcoming and optimistic! I can be very indecisive and extremely particular and she always puts me at ease and is extremely accommodating and sensitive to my needs. I mostly wear Hollister clothing from shirts to shorts to jeans and even jackets. I like the…read morematerial and how it fits me. Love love love Hollister! My son loves it too. His casuals are mostly Hollister. Very stylish! This past weekend, I bought a pair of jeans for $15 using a $10 off any purchase of $25 when signing up at Hollister.com. I also bought 6 various shirts using 25% off entire purchase which came out to about $10 a piece. They always have great deals just like shopping at outlet malls. The store is always neatly organized and the staff is always nice and helpful. I'll be back for more!

I won't pay full price for them, but they are good about having sales and I can often find them on sale for $20. He's 6'5" and it goes without saying that he has a long arms (he has a 6'6" wingspan)... he can fit into their XL shirts, but he doesn't like them because they hit him too high up on his arms because of his height. The store always smells really great. I have no idea what kind of men's cologne smell they have going on in here, but it is awesome! I never bother to ask because I'd never buy it only because I'd feel like hubby was walking around smelling like a Hollister store. LOL You know how you associate certain smells with certain things. :D Really friendly sales people here who will go out of their way to help you find a certain size in something. The only problem is finding one. They are usually hiding somewhere around the cash registers talking amongst themselves, but once you find one of them, they are eager to assist. The store is always very nice, neat, and orderly. Even though I never really see the employees around, they certainly do their job because everything is always folded perfectly here. There are stairs leading up into the store and the entrance looks like a front porch. For handicap access, there are doors to the left of the stairs which look like windows from a distance, but as you get close, you will notice that one set actually opens and there's even a handicap button to push and the doors will then open automatically. Inide you will also find two very comfy chairs. Now, I have no idea who would want to come into the Hollister store and sit for a while, but they are there if you want to. Then again, maybe they are there for the men to sit in and take a load off while their wives and daughters shop. Yea... that's probably the reason. Again, keep a look out for the sales. They have them pretty often.

I heard through a friend they have great jeans etc so I took a friend in visiting from out of town…read moreand we were ready to spend some money on jeans...Jean jackets and cute tops. Nobody spoke to us. We strolled around looked at prices which are not cheap....looked at sale rack and I even carried a pair around no one asked if I needed to try them on. I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day but it was empty at 12:30 on Saturday. I was so disappointed and then I went to Lucky and I was telling my friend I never heard of the place until a week ago and a group of girls overheard us and said they had the same experience both times they went in and won't be going back. Not sure what the deal is but customer service is the main reason customers come back and spread the word. Huge disappointment that is for sure. And I will be sure to share my thoughts with my friends and their friends and so on. If your minimum wage employees are lazy or slack or just aren't treated right by management it shows....and your sales should show too.
