But, the employees are crazy friendly, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy working there. I got some great deals during the semi annual sale, and left with a BIG bag of things that smell great. I had an $8-$15 plug in go bad, took it into the store to swap it out, and they said no.....same product only, but I even offered to swap for a cheaper item. Lets talk marketing/brand strategy......swap out a plug in to ensure long term repeat buying of smelly things.......hmmmm. This was after the manager had to be interrupted for the 2nd time while she stood in the middle of the store chatting it up with a co-worker. The problem I have with this is I had already waited for a break in their conversation to ask a different question.....all the time I am holding the broken plug-in in my hand. I was told the company changed their policy, to which I responded, "sometimes you take a hit to do right by the customer."
