I LOVE looking around a Hallmark store, and I'm happy we were able to find a great ornament here to fit "us" for 2020, as well as a couple fun ones for Husband. The downfall for this store was noise. Some of the ornaments were in sync to communicate with one another, and if they had a volume adjustment they had to have been at max volume. Other decorations were turned on and sounding off as well. When we went to check out, the phone rang and a staff member answered it right next to the lady helping us. The one on the phone was so incredibly loud that the lady helping me had to ask me to repeat myself when updating my information into their system. Other than the overwhelmingly loud noise, it's a great store to visit!

She was very apologetic and explained she lost track of time. The communication on picking up the flowers was great. The day off, the flowers were ready to go when I was there to pick up, I was assure everything was in the pack ready to go. When we got to the wedding location, we started to put the arch together. There were missing screws. We made due with what we had. The arch wouldn't stand up straight, it was disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the flowers. As soon as we unpacked them, flowers were falling out of the arrangements. The most upsetting was the dog collars, which we paid for. Half the flowers fell when just picking them up. Becca, the manager, was great and offer to come up to the location and fix anything we needed help with. At the point, I just didn't feel like any changes would have made a big difference. I did ask for my money back on the arch rental; and that didn't happen. While Becca was fantastic, I would be careful using this company.

Their silk floral is elegant, colorful, and grand without breaking the bank. We had a two-day wedding, and the use of silk florals vs traditional allowed us to reuse arrangements for the second day. We rented bud vases, small centerpieces, ground floral for the ceremony, sign swag, bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres. Our guests couldn't believe the florals were faux! 4 stars due to difference in the set up of floral arrangement on the alter vs what was discussed at design appointment, and only about half of the arrangements held up for second day use.
