The items they sale are just barely below average cost and they could care less about the customer. I had bought two gallons of paint and the lid want secure on one of them and as I was pushing my cart to the lot the lid came off of the can and spilled all over my clothes and shoes and transportation. I didn't make a commotion to it I just simply walked back into the store and the woman was very helpful and concerned and even replaced the can of paint that spilled. She took my information and asked management if there was any way I could at least get in store credit. nd the manager responded, "No. I'm going to do anything like that. That was his fault that happened. How were we supposed to know the lid wasn't on right. He should have checked it for himself." So not only did I ruin a $300 pair of shoes, a new shirt and shorts, and had to get my ride repainted, but i was blamed for the lose lid. So if it weren't for the employee I HONESTY wouldn't be back in this place.

Not your typical farm store because they carry so much more... including Rk tractors! We moved in 16 to Anderson & bought 16 acres with a home to rehab. So much to come to RK for! (Forgive the preposition at the end of the sentence please !). Before Covid we bought an RK 37 hydrostatic tractor. Then the hunt was on for 3 point accessories. If this RK didn't have it the ones in Kokomo or Greenville did. Service excellent. We have had a couple accidents with that tractor and have had some repairs to do. Service at the Muncie Store has been top-notch. When we're shopping this is one of the places that we always price test and many times we make the 20+ mile trip to Muncie as we are this morning. I guess the only negative that I see is that we tend to eat too much popcorn!

Since wine and beer making is my boyfriend's thing, not mine, I hung out with Charley the parrot while my boyfriend discussed various ingredients with the guy in charge (GIC). Things were slightly different when I went in a couple days ago. When I walked in, I was greeted by several slack-jawed yokels sitting on a couch staring at me like I had accidentally wandered in to their wake-and-bake. The GIC from before was sitting behind the counter and started to help me (I was picking up a packet of yeast for a wine experiment that Boyfriend wanted to try), but a very unpleasant woman (part of the couch potato group) decided to be "helpful" and proceeded to interrupt and grill me with questions I didn't know the answers to. "WHAT KIND OF BOTTLES ARE YOU USING? ARE YOU PUTTING HOPS IN THERE? YOU'RE GONNA BLOW THE TOP OFF THE WINE BOTTLE IF YOU USE THE 121 YEAST. ALL I GOT IS THE 838. DO YOU WANT THE 838? ALL ALCOHOL NEEDS YEAST." I don't know, lady, but I don't remember asking you any questions, so I don't know why you're comin' at me with this confrontational crap. Of course, I didn't say that - I just bought a packet of champagne yeast and got the heck out of there as fast as I could. Since Wine N Vine is apparently the only beer/wine making supplier in the immediate area, my suggestion is to stay out of there on an early Friday afternoon and you should be all set.
