I asked the male (he said his name is Ezekial without the "z") over the phone if dye was sold that could die grey hair blond without dying the accompanying brown. He said yes after explaining the exchange policy for a 6A brown I'd be returning. I arrived at the store and handed the Eekial the box and asked if they could help be find the blonde dye for grey hair. Alecia twice told me to bleach my hair and then dye it blonde. Each time I told her no bleach. Each time I specifically told her I wanted to dye the grey blonde only. The third time Eekial had Joined us by the dyes when Alecia said a third product did that. I was trying to pick a shade closer to my existing blonde when she said to try a light blond a little bit away. THEY both KNEW I was dying the roots only. They both KNEW I wanted NO BLEACH. Well, I brought it home and heavily applied it to my brown and grey roots. Ten minutes later I realized it was bleaching the roots and, as I only bought enough dry for foots, I didn't have enough die for all of my hair that is long enough to to reach my lower back/lumbar area. I look awful and it will take hundred of dollars to fix this. Alecia, how narcissistic do you have to be to trick someone into buying a product that does the exact opposite of what they wanted? The grey hair is still grey and SOME of the original brown is more red than blonde.

Both times, I brought this to the pharmacy's attention and specifically requested that when her doctor updates a prescription, the change be reflected in their system to prevent future errors. I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

I was a walk in client and had never been to this salon before. My hair was long, past my shoulders and I needed a trim. I had a picture of the length I wanted it (still long!!) The owner cut my hair. My hair was pulled back in a pony tail that day and the first thing she did was CUT MY PONY TAIL OFF. I'm not kidding. And she cut it off between my head and the pony tail holder. AND SHE THREW MY HAIR IN THE TRASH. I was absolutely in shock. I was crying when I left the salon. Please go to a different salon if you want to keep your hair long.

Sandy was so nice and did an amazing job getting my hair color back to what it was originally supposed to be. She has really low prices and delivers great service as well as offering free bang trims in between haircuts. There's practically nowhere around the Palouse to go for a great hair cut or color and this place is a definite winner. Don't be put off by the size of the salon or the fact that Sandy runs it on her own (until she expands in a August), she is very experienced and professional. Beats Identity hands down.
