This store was jamming, not only did they have great music but also a great vibe. All the employees were helpful, friendly and not pushy! I hate pushy sales people. I like to go in the store and experience the different scents. However, I am very sensitive to smells and need to take my time finding something that will work. BUT, the employees make what is supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing shopping experience, so horrific. I don't understand why every single employee needs to hound you regarding buying items. If I need your help, I will tell you. But all the employees do is signal to each other through their little microphones and then they start attacking and following you around. If I already said "no thanks I don't need help", I don't need another one of you and another to start bothering me. I went in the store today to find and buy my favorite hand soap, and had to leave because the workers were making the experience horrible by following me and my family around. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 56/100: The staff here was friendly and eager to help! Dolphin mall DOES get packed, so customer service can be kind of slow, but just because so many people are visiting the stores. Definitely a "tourist filled" mall. You should know, that Bath and Body Works has about 4 different rotating deals in which basically every product has a given time every few weeks were they will reduce their prices significantly. Very nice store. Clean. Good presentation and display of items. Nice flow to the store. The only down side, it is retail and so some of the associates were a bit pushy. One rep came up to me, asked me if I liked the product and immediately said, "Do you want to buy it?" She was very visibly disappointed that she wasted her time. There was no real effort in connecting with customer.... Another said, "Why are you leaving empty handed?" She followed that with more questions. There were two reps, on the other hand, who wanted to make sales but were nice about it. I enjoyed interacting with them, because they treated me like a person and wanted to hear me out. They added to my shopping experience. It was a young man and young lady. They explained to me, the item I was looking for was no longer sold at stores, but online. They took the time to listen. My fiancé and I walked in to look for a birthday gift for someone and we usually don't shop here so we mainly just wanted to look around for a bit before deciding if we wanted to get the gift here or not. When we walked in, an associate approached me and kept following me asking questions despite us telling her that we were just looking and not wanting help at the moment. She kept trying to get us to buy things that we obviously weren't looking to get. After she finally left us alone, another associate came up to us quite quickly, doing the same thing even though we made clear that we weren't wanting any help. Again, she kept trying to get us to buy certain products despite us telling her that we didn't want help. This went on for a while and every single moment we were in that store, the associates just wouldn't leave us alone. We got super annoyed and uncomfortable so we decided to just leave and look for the gift somewhere else, but as we were leaving ANOTHER associate tried to stop us doing the same thing, and when we didn't answer she was like, "You're leaving without buying anything?" Horrible experience. I've worked in retail before so I know this is something that sales associates are told to do in some companies, but I've never had an experience where it was anywhere close to this excessive and I've never been told by former managers that I need to basically berate the customers to buy things and not leave them alone. No matter how much we made clear that we didn't want help, they wouldn't leave us alone. We're never going in here again; after all, what kind of customer service doesn't accept taking no for an answer? read more

This Bath and Body works has really good deals. They sell a lot of the old stuff you used to see at the regular stores. So if you have a favorite that's discontinued, you're in luck! The only problems I find with the stores are: 1. They don't always have the matching set. For example, they'll have the splash and shower gel, but no lotion or vice versa. That gets to be annoying because I want the whole set not two out of the three or not have the lotion or the splash because I could live without the shower gel. 2. They store is ALWAYS packed! Even on the weekdays. So it kinda sucks. But that shows good business. Yet, people cut me in line and cut me off when I'm working. Honestly, I feel like it's a little too crowded. Like it's more than the max amount aloud in some times. 3. The sales. The sales don't always apply to the items you want. So read the final print. read more

They had a really good deal. Those relaxing candles for $12.50. So I went it to grab a couple. Should have been in and out. They had three makeshift lines. Turns out one of them was not a line. No one even tried to let people know. They had three registers open and the cashiers would randomly call people from the two lines there. I got skipped over twice. They just pointed at people and said you're next. Very poor line management. read more

What's not to love about the Bath 'n Body Works line? They have something for just about everyone. This location is just my favorite so far. The service is excellent. I just went today and was reminded of how attentive and helpful the staff is. There is a sweet lady named Jennifer who always greets me and helps me with any questions I have. Let's not even get started on their prices. It seems like there is always a great sale going on at this place. Their candles are the BEST ever! The fragrance deliciously lingers wherever you place them. Well worth the $25 price tag but, like I said, it seems there's always a special going on and they're always half off at this location. well I love this store...I usually go to the one in International Mall, but I found out three weeks ago that they were having a 75% sale!!!. Well of course I went there and came out very happy!.
