Decided to shop a bit before the return not a single person offered to take the several items to a dressing room. The dress I wanted fo purchase in a different size was supposedly so new that was not in the inventory? But they had several in regular and petite for sale. The online customer service is horrible hours wait for a rep via phone and chat. They dont respond to emails. I've shopped here for years in this economy if they dont improve customer service they won't last

My friend and I stumbled upon this store when browsing the attached gift store. We were pleasantly…read moresurprised to learn about the store's conscientious mission! This store was filled with intentionally selected sustainable gifts and home goods. They also offer a section to refill different types of home soaps- like laundry detergent and hand soap. They have small samples by the refill station so you can smell the products. They also offer reusable glass vessel for packing the refill products, but shared you are welcome to bring your own vessels to refill. They charge by the oz. I decided to purchase a Swedish dish towel to work on reducing my paper towel consumption. I wish this store was closer to home, I'd love to use the refill station!

I love shops that do not judge me by what I'm wearing or how I look when I walk into their store,…read moreand I was delighted with how Forget Me Not did just that - no judgement. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. This was my first time in the store and the lovely employees there walked me around and explained some of their specialty items - like the Inis products from Ireland. I was so impressed with Inis I bought sets for me and my daughters. I was surprised by how affordable it was too. And they have Christmas up already - that always makes me happy. I shop Christmas all year long. They have some unique Christmas kitchen sets that I know I'm coming back for soon. And their Christmas rugs are visions of Christmas whimsy. I was in a bit of a hurry, so I didn't have time for a meal, but I did get an apple muffin and I enjoyed every bite! I'm definitely coming back to have lunch here. If you're looking for unique and one of a kind items, or to shop and eat at the same place because it's convenient, you need to give this place a try. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and hope everyone else has the same experience.

The customer service was some of the best I've experienced in quite a while. The store attendant took her time to make sure I saw all the unique items and services they carry. They have an embroidery area in the back of the store for personalized gift. Whether it's a robe, bag, or children's items, they embroider in house. I was breezing through the shop, not having time to sit down and eat, but I'm definitely coming back to try their lunch. The smell was intoxicating. And their beautifully decorated cookies for the Halloween season were very tempting! This shop has a little bit of everything but it alphas the most of us authenticity and character. Review #2181
