We asked for help with shampoo for a particular issue and she said which isle the shampoo was on when we are standing right in the isle. I asked for recommendations she said they are all on that isle. Never came over never made a suggestion. I realized she is just standing at the counter looking at the cameras. No one was in the store but the two of us on the shampoo isle and her. If she would came to help she could have stayed her role of security guard vs customer service. And store is very very very limited on stock so just not good choice of beauty supply to go to if you want or need good products.

State Highway 360, in Grand Prairie, TX, today, July 16,…read more2026, at 1:30 PM, and there were 4-5 associates hanging around at the front of the store, laughing and horse-playing instead of greeting customers at the door when they enter the store. When I walked into the store, no one said hello or greeted me. It's so sad how they were acting, considering the fact there were only two other customers in the store. The store manager or higher-up leadership needs to do something about this inappropriate behavior because paying customers are what pay their salaries. I won't be returning...I will stick with Ulta because they have excellent customer service and a great store environment.
