I called the shop to discuss the situation. The man on the phone advised me that he didn't have the flowers in stock that were on the website. I asked him why he didn't call me to advise me of that so I could pick a different arrangement. He said he picked what he thought looked best. NO! What my loved one received looked VERY disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent. He said he'd go pick it back up and give me a refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! It was already delivered to a loved one for their birthday. I'm not going to have it taken back! That's ludicrous. I managed to get the delivery fee taken off, but that doesn't fix the poor customer service, disappointment, and outrageousness.

So I decided to ask up at the front register, which was the correct price since I was unsure. I did not want a price match. Keep that in mind. The girl checking me out was super polite and said she wasn't sure which was the correct price so she asked her manager standing right next to her at another register. The Manager with the short blonde hair in the rudest way possible told her we don't price match online. I stood there in shock at how she spoke to her employee and to me the customer after asking a simple question. Please do better Ulta at hired managers that actually know how to treat your customers and your employees.
