She got a manicure done less than 1/4 of inches short and they were $75. Her nails were so rectangular and crooked. They insisted that her fingers were crooked so that why that look like that. I got an overlay "my natural toenails with Acrylic" French Tip pedicure. Three days now my pedicure is coming off. I live in Virginia and I always get overlays due to the fact they a month. The lady that was doing my pedicure was very rude and I had to keep explaining to her I'm not wearing tips on my toes that these are my natural nails. She continued to try to rip them off. Let me start by saying I was an extremely loyal customer for over 5 years so it's taken me a while…read moreto write this. Even with an appointment they were consistently late. They put my feet in the water for pedicure and it always got cold before they finally started. The owner started out nice and considerate but over the past year she became extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks to her kids on speakerphone for long lengths of time, ignoring the customer. It takes twice the amount of time to do my nails because she's constantly getting up and doing other things while I wait. She yells in Vietnamese across the salon on a consistent basis. I've seen her make other employees cry because she scolds them in front of customers, therefore the turnover is high. She and her husband argue in their language loudly in front of customers making everyone extremely uncomfortable. Most of the time I enjoyed my pedicures because they were always done by other employees. Over time she stopped listening to me about what I wanted for my nails because she was too busy yapping to other employees. She's embarrassed me and made me cry more than once and about a few months ago I'd had enough! I always tipped her well even if she didn't deserve it. I have friends that stopped going to her for the same reason. She will never be rude or belittle me again. I've already found a new place that I love. The service I received was wonderful, I had forgotten how good it felt to relax and be treated with kindness.

My daughters and I have been going here for almost five years because they are consistently perfect…read morenails every time! They are great people that always say hello. The kindness that they show and great quality of work make it somewhere I choose every single time I need my hands or feet done. They know a lot of us by name, and seem to truly care about their customers. If I ever damage one of the nails, they fix it for free and don't make me feel bad for having such a busy life which causes me to be rough on my nails. Very rarely have I broken or chipped one, but it is so nice to know that they will take care of me when it does happen.
