I was there for moral support with a loved one who was wig-shopping due to hair loss for a medical reason This staff member was exceptionally patient, kind and empathetic! Additionally the wig selection was superb! I definitely peeped some items for myself! Pricing was a little hiked in comparison to what I have seen in other places for similar styles on the wigs. Also the wig area is on upper level so not sure if there is elevator access. However, this is a massive supply store so likely to find what you're looking for. I purchased 3 packs of crochet hair ($12.99 a pack) from this business and when my stylist went to install it, she opened one of the packs and went to separate the bundle, upon inspection she noticed that the texture was not the same as the other two packs. I went back the same day and explained this to the lady at the counter. She refused to exchange the pack and insisted that the hair was not in good condition, even through they were still "together" within the bundle. Some of the hair had been separated, but other than that, all hair was still included. I was not asking for a refund, I would have settled for an even exchange, but she mentioned that she cannot resell the hair. That was her priority. Reselling a pack of hair that was mislabeled and inconsistent with the actual texture. As a customer, it should not be my responsibility to absorb the cost of a product that is inconsistent with how it was labeled. That should be the responsibility of the owner, you take that up with your supplier. Her concern was about the ability to resell the hair, rather than her responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. With that said, I will never spend another dollar at this place and I'd recommend others to do the same. Spend your money with an establishment who actually values customer satisfaction over losing $13.00.
