Haven't been to this location for a long while! Recently started going to B&BW again! Sometimes the deals are just too good to pass up and they also make the perfect gifts! My sister and I visited today just before noon. I actually like this location compared to the mall and RP, only because there's less foot traffic and there's SPACE!!! I feel the other locations there's barely any space to walk through on busy days without bumping the tables or people. Anyways the paths are definitely wider here and open, fully stocked shelves and so organized. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. read more

So, they had some hand soaps on sale and I order on line to pick up at the store. I wanted to save me the shipping money. So I forgot I ordered and they sent me a message saying that if I didn't pick up I was going to pay the full price on the items. Si logically I run to the store and pick up my items. The only thing is that if you already pay for your purchase how can they go back and charge me for the difference. It didn't seem right. this bbw offers great customer service. everyone is welcoming and helpful. the store is clean & well organized but this location has been out of stock on many items for a while. they don't have a full range of antibac pocket bacs in different scents and not much selection in their antibac pocket bac holders either. also sometimes when i shop here, their music is obnoxiously blaring throughout the store (more than the usual loud music from stores) where it sounds like the speaker is about to bust & break - front to back. this makes it stressful shopping & sometimes i leave without buying anything because the music's too loud. read more

I've been coming here for over a decade and I've always had pleasant interactions with the associates. I am always greeted with a smile and several workers will ask if I need help finding anything. They go above and beyond to try to find the scents I'm looking for. read more

Picked up an online order and the email states ask an associate and they'll wrap in cellophane and a bow for free if it's a gift. I politely asked and was told I could take the cellophane and ribbon and do it on my own. They were too busy getting other online orders ready. Two girls are standing at the entrance next to the cellophane and ribbon doing nothing but talking to each other and greeting customers as they walk in. They can't help me do this? I'm a man with no clue how to wrap this up nicely. I won't be back to this location. read more

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from this store!!!!! . I bought a gift card with cash about 2 years ago and when I used it, it was a zero balance. I don't know why!! But I gave them another try and this time using my bankcard and got a gift receipt and again when I gave it to my daughter-in-law as a gift it was a zero balance so I'm assuming it's the management who is doing some type of fraud in that store because the gift cards are on the backbar where customers can't get them. Normally I don't write reviews but today was bad. I usually go here to the Sierra Vista one because it's less busy and the staff is normally super nice but I haven't been there since like last summer and you can tell they got new people. One girl, Laylani, was super pushy and rude. I like hearing the sales, but I want to enjoy shopping. I saw her basically harassing these poor old people, and her other coworkers(the two guy workers looked done with her). Another girl(blonde) smelled so bad it was hard to shop because I'm there to smell things and there's an employee who apparently doesn't use the product. It sucks because I like how close this one is and the girls used to be nicer and more helpful, but I guess I'll just start going to Fashion Fair or Riverpark. read more

I normally do all my bath and body works shopping online to avoid going in, however there was an issue with the products that I received & was hoping to go to my nearest store to get a quicker resolution. This location is NOT a high traffic store, however when I got to the register with my products nobody wanted to help me. One girl keyed in her numbers and told an other associate (who stated she's never done a return before & said she needs help) to help me because she "didn't want to do it" and for her to "figure it out" (not that she was too busy to help her associate or me by doing anything else) because all she was doing was walking around the registers acting as if she was doing something. I was shocked that an associate even said that & clearly didn't want to be bothered while she stands around. So I was patient with the girl who was stuck helping me & her and two other associates were standing with her trying to help her figure it out as they go. Now I had 3 associates trying to work together to help me and the original worker who didn't want to help, walked by and asked them if "they figured it out yet", clearly they didn't so at that point is when someone brought a manager out. The manager Tiffany came out from the back flustered trying to rush with helping me trying to process a return, when that's not what I wanted, I just wanted an exchange. To sum this up she explained to me that their location couldn't help me with my exchange & told me any other location can do it and told me to also call customer care. I was so confused and felt rushed & felt like She was trying to just get me out. So I asked her for customer cares number and if she can call an other local store & explain to them my situation and verify if they could help me before I drive across town and get told the same thing. So she said ok and went to the back room for less then a minute & came out and said river park store can for sure help me. I left the store but I felt overwhelmed and felt like something wasn't right so I called the customer care number that she provided me & it was random number to some medical phone line. Then I called river park and asked if an associate called them within the past 5 minutes to verify if they could help me when I arrive & the associate on the line asked and said no one called them to inform them about anything. So Tiffany just went in the back room to pretend like she called to get me to leave. & to think that's the MANAGER who is so dismissive & clearly lacks customer service. One phone call is all Tiffany had to make but instead she went to hide in the back to do nothing and lied. It's clear now why certain associates felt entitled to be so rude when they clearly have a manager who sets that example. This is why I try to do everything online so I won't have to deal with rude staff/ situations like this. I wish I could of got the name of the one decent employee who deserves to be recognized, she was left with no help but still managed to do her best and be polite to me and apologized on everyone's behalf. My receipt doesn't show her name but her cashier number 3805195, she was blonde with glasses. Hopefully the number shows the right girl and not the other associate who keyed in her numbers for someone else to use and left. read more

Stopped in yesterday to pick up some scents for my car air freshener. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked Amina for some assistance. She immediately stopped what she was doing and took me to the spot where I could find what I wanted. I hate to admit it, but I bugged her 3 more times, looking for candles or something I could smell to determine if I liked various scents. Each time she eagerly stopped working and helped me. She also ended up being my cashier when I checked out and was again very polite and quickly and accurately completed my purchase. I'm not a huge fan of going into the mall shops in general, but Amina made it a pleasurable experience and I hope she's there whenever I go back. If you're planning a future shopping trip to B&BW, I hope you're luck enough to run into Amina. read more

Terrible service, I had to call twice about an order I did over a month ago, and I was told the one that they resent out was cancelled, did not even let me know. First off the staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we entered the store until we left. My reason for the 2 stars is due to lack of men's merchandise and the over all appearance of the store. The entrance is outdated and appears to be from when the store first opened and the flooring clearly has never been updated either. This location is run down and needs a serious makeover. Cashier busy on the phone entire time. Helper only helping one "looker" and I have money to spend with no one to help me. Poorly managed!

I was very surprised by the total lack of service that I received last night. Usually there is a greeter at the front of the store ready to hand you a shopping bag and offer help with finding whatever you need but not tonight. There were no customers in the store when I walked in and no one to help on the sales floor at all. I did finally see two people standing behind the cash register talking loudly and laughing but of course I didn't even get a simple "Hello" or any acknowledgement at all that they even saw me which I know they did! They continued to stand behind the register and talk while I walked the whole store feeling like I was invisible. I would have left but the only reason I drove to the mall at all was for one particular item that I really needed. If not for that I would've left without buying anything. I was fine with them totally ignoring me until a few more people came in and they then decided to stop talking to eachother and actually do their jobs. Of course they chose to help the older customers and keep totally ignoring me. The lady working was finally at the front of the store but still chose to act like she didn't see me but was very nice to the new customers. The gentleman started picking up fragrance testers and walked right by me a few times but still chose to never acknowledge me or offer help or even a bag. I guess he didn't notice that I had my arms full of products. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves and offer me a bag but it never happened. Which was good for me because I would've picked up more stuff. I was never acknowledged until I went to the cash register to pay and even then the gentleman seemed annoyed that he had to actually work and wasn't very friendly at all. I wonder what happened to all the nice, friendly people who used to always say hello and offer help as soon as you walked in. Bring them back!!! They knew how to give great customer service instead of making customers feel like they were interrupting a private conversation when they need a little help. A simple smile would have made the situation better but even that was too much to ask. These two people sucked big time!!! The gentleman at the register seemed very annoyed when another customer came in for her "free gift" and didn't purchase anything. If you don't want to give away "free gifts" then stop sending out the darn coupons or at least be professional and hide your annoyance. Maybe you would make your daily sales goal if you actually tried to sell and work for it instead of hiding behind the cash register and expecting people to come in and buy. I was very disappointed by the lack of service and the awful treatment given by these two people. Not only did they ignore me but a few other customers as well. They only chose to help a few select customers who didn't even end up buying and walked out empty handed. Next time I will order online instead because I know I will get better customer service from a computer. read more

Of all of the Bath and Body Works stores in the Fresno Clovis area this one is the best but that is not much of a compliment. If you have a question and you asked three different employees the same question you will get three different answers which is sad. The employees are not knowledgeable and on my most recent trip I had a return that went to a store merchandise credit somehow the credit ended up missing even though I did not make a purchase. I did not find out until I tried to use my card I reviewed my receipt and it said that my merchandise card was redeemed for cash which i did not receive. I put in a complaint to the corporate store and their loss prevention said they were going to look into it to see if the employee possibly stole it. read more

I've been shopping at this paticular location for years and years and have never had a problem. The store itself is always tidy and organized and all of employees have always been pleasant and more than helpful. I'm always acknowledged! However, if for some reason I'm not the only shopper in the store and the employees are helping other customers, I feel comfortable speaking up and asking for assistance! This store is ridiculous when it comes to their coupons....every time I try to use online coupons or others that were given they never accept them. Or they will say what items you can get with a coupon then turn around and not let you use them. Poor customer service and don't respect their customers with coupons they handed out.
