I always stop in here when I'm at the outlets. Today I had two Wallflowers I had purchased in the past but didn't care for the smell once they were plugged in. I only wanted to switch them for a different scent. This is one thing I love about B&BW. When I order something online, I can exchange it if it isn't what I expected. I had pulled up my order # so the exchange would be seamless but once I got to the register, the signal dropped. I stood and fumbled around with my phone trying to get it working. The associate assured me she would ring up what I had and do the exchange afterward. That didn't make much sense but I thought maybe B&BW had a new process so I didn't complain. Once she rang up my new items, she looked at my order for return and told me that I had bought the scents in a two pack so she couldn't exchange them. I was frustrated at this point and someone I assume was the manager came over to assist. She reiterated what the employee had told me. You can't see the fragrance name on Wallflowers so I had simply grabbed what I knew I didn't like thinking this would be a simple process, as it always is. Full disclosure, I'm pretty sure my frustration was showing at this point so I told them I was going to return everything I'd just purchased and visit another location. I am a monthly Bath and Body shopper. I understand that didn't make much difference to the two employees I spoke with but it matters to me. If this is something the brand is exploring as a new return policy, I'm going to explore other options for my candles and home fragrance. read more

I love Bath & Body Works. Everything is amazing from the three wick candles to the mini hand sanitizers and adorable holders to the endless fragrances of lotions. The store is organized and well stocked. The decor is aesthetically pleasing with modern, bold and bright displays. There are greeters who are pleasant and helpful but not overbearing. The products make great gifts for any occasion. Sign up for the emails--they send great coupons and deals. They have a new rewards program, which I don't know much about but I'm sure it's good. read more

I am always impressed with the amount of stock they have. I don't think they ever sell out of anything! The employees are always friendly enough. This B&BW is beautiful. The displays are spot on, and there is so much selection. I've been a fan of the company for a very long time, and I love the fact that they are continually updating their product lines. I hate that they continue to change their packaging. For example, the new packaging for the hand sanitizer is awful. I have to squeeze the bottle pretty hard to get the product out of the package, then it comes out way too fast. Sigh. There are times when you need to say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." That said, I do like their aromatherapy line, and I really like the foaming hand soaps. The staff at this store are friendly and helpful. They recently moved into their new location, and it is much improved. If you like Bath & Body Works, you can't really go wrong at this location. read more

This store is like a normal Bath & Body Works on steroids. Like Erika W. mentioned, it has been recently remodeled and it is so nice. I have never in my life seen the number of candles in one B&BW store like I did in here today. They had tons of cute Halloween displays located through the store. There were also White Barn candles that I had never seen before today. Like the other reviewer stated, this is a regular B&BW store, not a factory/outlet store, so there are no extra deals. The next time I'm in the need for candles, I'm making the trek out to the outlets to this store! read more
