It is located in a shopping plaza known as Aspen Grove. There are many other stores in this area. Such as Alamo Drafthouse, Claire's, Starbucks, Yankee Candle, Eddie Bauer, GAP, Panera Bread, Noodles & Co, Qdoba, Tattered Cover Bookstore, Ulta, Ted's Montana Grill, Jos A Bank, Chick-fil-A, Banana Republic, etc... to name several. I had gone here to look for some business attire clothing but possibly some jeans too. Being that I am a plus size lady, finding 'the right' clothes can be a challenge. It has always been a personal irk when I hear 'one size fits all'. No two people are the same size. We are all different and unique. The Lane Bryant stores cater to larger size females. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for years and while I use to love this store, several of the changes I do not. One change I learned was they use to carry shoes but not anymore. I was told due to the demand for activewear, they do not carry shoes anymore. I was told they carry shoes at the Stapleton location, okay fine. I was also informed there is a new rewards program. I may look into the details and seek out more information. The lady shared it is done by email and there is no cost to sign up. I get emails often from Lane Bryant already, not sure why I didn't see any emails regarding the new rewards program. One of the ladies working shared they have new items in for capris. They are stretch material, no zippers or buttons and they even had black along with jean. While looking through the pile folded on the table, every single one was a size 18. I asked the lady why all 6-7 pairs are size 18 and she said that is odd, but they have no control over the shipment that comes in. I think that is a change also. In years past, I was told new shipments with more sizes will be coming. It wasn't shared with me they couldn't control what sizes came in before. Well, that is an issue! Not only for customers like myself, but the employees having to explain that to every customer who asks. Why can't each store manager or supervisor keep track of inventory and when there is a size that is no longer there, document it and let corporate know? I know they keep track of inventory, every place does on some level. Again, another irk. Any place that carries an item and yet every time I visit the establishment, said item is not in stock. It is a good way to get a BAD REVIEW. I also prefer to look professional. The 'relaxed' 'stressed' 'boyfriend' look is not professional. I don't like ripped clothing overall, I think it went out with my teen years. The employee was very helpful with calling several stores to see if they carried this new jean in my size in stock. It turns out the 3-4 she called, NONE had my size. For a new product being offered, Lane Bryant is definitely not staying on top of their inventory. The employee did state that I could pre-order and have it shipped to me (I prefer it shipped to the store and then I pick it up). I have done this many times in the past. However, a very bad experience a few years ago had me not doing anymore pre-orders. I had ordered 3-4 pairs from The Orchard location (144th and I-25) and was never called or emailed or sent a text that the order came in. The shipment was sent back. I was livid! Due to that experience, along with a few other's, I haven't visited the Orchard location in some time. This was my first time visiting Lane Bryant at this location since the start of the pandemic. So while the lady was extremely helpful, she even updated my information and helped with 2 returns (tags still on them, never worn); the store itself needs some work on the inventory. I may try other locations to see what they have for inventory. I'm not wowed yet...

Yesterday at approximately 2:15 PM, my husband and I entered the TJ Maxx store, as we routinely do…read moreon weekends. Upon entering, a security guard also entered and gave us a prolonged and unusual look. At the time, we did not think much of it and continued shopping. Shortly after, my husband went to the coffee section while I remained in the women's clothing area. I moved between the women's section, the juniors section, and then the designer area. Throughout this entire time, the security guard followed me closely, remaining only a few feet behind me. Each time I moved to a different section, he moved immediately after me and maintained the same close distance. At one point, I heard the security guard make a phone call, which appeared to be regarding me. His proximity and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I contacted my husband and informed him that I was being followed and profiled by the security guard. He came to join me immediately, yet the security guard continued to follow me even after my husband arrived. I then spoke with a manager to report the situation. What was particularly concerning is that many other shoppers in the store were dressed similarly to me, sweats and jackets, which was appropriate given that it was snowing. The only clear difference between myself and those shoppers was that I was the only visibly brown person in the area. The security guard's behavior made me feel criminalized and unwelcome, as though I was being treated as suspicious solely based on my appearance. This experience was deeply distressing. No customer should be made to feel intimidated, surveilled, or forced to leave a store based on race or ethnicity. This incident reflects a serious concern regarding discriminatory treatment of shoppers, particularly people of color

They have the most adorable embellished jeans and blingy belts! They have a good selection of clearance racks with steep discounts. (I'm a bargain shopper.) They don't have classic corporate suits. The girls there are really nice. The changing area is really pretty with 2 big chairs for hubby's, friends or kids to sit. Sometimes they are helpful with providing clothes size swap outs while in the changing room (1/3 of the time). At checkout they are helpful with discount suggestions. I really enjoy shopping here!

So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

They steamed everything for me so all I had to do was take it out of the bag and wear it. That was so appreciated as I also had to get 5 kids dressed that day. Looking around the clothing in there looks fabulous and I can't wait to return when I have something a little more pleasant to buy for.
