Walked in to the store to go link up with my partner and friends, and I got bombarded by a sales associate. I politely declined him and then he decided to proceed ahead and gender clock me trying to sell me something he thought I'd like not even asking me what I like. I didn't look like I would fit the profile of the product he was absurdly and abusively trying to sell me. And as I tried to walk away the first time and was trying so very hard to be nice the second time despite him being a jerk, my partner was in line buying a candle and my friend was getting a lotion she really liked a lot. The experience for them was good, so I will include that the store does still have good products and products in season worth buying; however I don't personally appreciate the harassment of assuming I want a smell based off of the sound of my voice when I'm not even dressed based on the assumption. I'm transmasc. If he had came with me with a question vs and assumption or even better yet just let me go to my group the first time after asking me if I'm looking for anything and I clearly say "NO", and then if he wanted to then tell me the deals then ok, but no I must be harassed. This is why I order online from stores half the time. May experience is only applicable to maybe those who sometimes employees will clearly be nasty to those who they know are not heteronormative, which seems counterintuitive if you want so badly to get a sale. read more

I was told to come here for a product that another store was out of. It was a busy Saturday with holiday sales throughout the store. I couldn't find one single associate to help me on the floor. I was being bumped left and right til someone bumped me into the "Thousand Wishes Scent" I forgot what I came for after that. I picked up more than my mesh BBW shopping store bag could carry. While checking out I remembered what I came for. I asked for the item and was told it was all gone, like I JUST missed out!! This location and Lville Suwanee are my go to BBW. Just the sweet fragrances and bright colors make me happy even when its crowded. Wallflower room fragrance deodorizers are one of my favorite items to purchase as well as the fragrant candles, hand soaps, and body sprays. I always find more than I came for. read more

Generally speaking, B&BW is a store my wife and I love. While I get that traffic is down and store hours are adjusted accordingly, they state (on their door) that they close at 6pm. One would think that walking up to the store at 5:50pm that one could go in, get what they came for and leave. Unfortunately, these people can't even stand to be open the stunted hours they claim to be open. Couple that with the fact that in the past they haven't even been very helpful when they were open...this store is no more than a One star Definitely shopping at other stores. read more

This is a great place to grab some fragrance lotion. Come here when there's a sale. Apparently not everyone (ahem, my lovely date) knows that a lotion bottle can run up to $12 and up. lol. Of course when there's a sale going on, you can get certain fragrances for about $3. If you're looking for a car air freshener, you can pick up some here. The oil refills are $3 to $4 each (?), but you can grab them when they are on sale for $2 + change. Just don't forget to buy the visor holder that's around $8. It's been awhile since I bought some so I can't recall exactly the prices. The oils can last you 3+ months depending on the season (winter or summer). The Mall of Georgia has two Bath & Body Works locations: one upstairs and one downstairs. The one downstairs is directly in front of Hollister and near the Dillard's and Dick's side of the mall. The one upstairs can be accessed from the main mall entrance where the valet is with the twinkling lights. I believe the neighboring store is Build a Bear Workshop. I've always visited the upstairs location, and the associates there were always friendly. But, usually most Bath & Body Works locations have friendly employees overall. read more

This is for the Bath and Body Works in the first level. The store was on my right as I was walking to it, so naturally I'd walk in from the right side of the entrance.. but it was being blocked by this employee and a customer, so I moved and walked in from the left side of the store... right when I walked in, a sign said "please exit only on this side" (something like that), so in my mind I was like "oops, I'm in already though." And then all of a sudden the same worker that was blocking the entrance on the right side of the store was like "Hi! Excuse me! You have to enter from this side" calling me towards her.... Mind you I'm already in the store (this logic should have been an easy one), and the store is completely empty, are you really going to make me walk out of the store to only come back inside.... towards the entrance (right side) of the store YOU were blocking?! I get it, she was just doing her job... but where's the common sense?! She was blocking entrance while talking to another customer, I had no idea they were enforcing an exit and entrance (again her fault for not paying attention) and then calling me back over to walk the proper side - AFTER IM ALREADY INSIDE! It's just SOAP! She really made me do the walk of shame by walking out the store again, like I was a child, and coming back in. If it wasn't for me trying to set a good civil example for my brothers and those hand sanitizers that I really needed... I would have laid a few words on this employee. If I wanted to be talked to like a child and be told off from which entrance I'm using, I would have went to the airport (TSA). I appreciate the safety measure this store was trying to make during this pandemic, but maybe try using logic and training your employees on how to be empathetic, especially the one you are going to place in the front to greet employees. read more

Best ever shop for great gifts or to just buy items to pamper yourself. This shop has so many amazing scents!!!! I love the many choices and selections to choose from. The employees are very helpful as well and the store is always great about mailing very good coupons!!!! My newest and most favorite for the holiday season--- actually two-- A Thousand Wishes and Pink Jasmine Kiss with blackberry--- smell soooo great!!!! When I first moved to the states, I LOVED Bath & Body Works' lotions. Although I don't really use their lotions nowadays since I wear perfume and prefer unscented lotions, I really like using Bath & Body Works' other products. There are two Bath & Body Works locations in the Mall of Georgia, but this one is located on the Belk side next to Pottery Barn and J. Crew. The employees here are generally friendly and helpful. If I can't find a particular item I'm looking for in the store, they're usually happy to check in the back. Some of my favorite BBW items include the Scentportables, specifically the CarClip version (Fresh Linen), Wallflowers pluggable home fragrances (Fresh Linen), hand sanitizers (gels and lotions), and various scented antibacterial, foaming, and moisturizing hand soaps. For those who love scented lotions, the Black Raspberry Vanilla, Sweet Pea, and Cucumber Melon are my favorite scents. The Triple Moisture Body Creams are especially awesome for long-lasting skin moisturization! Overall, this Bath & Body Works gets 4 stars for their great, affordable scented products and friendly service. If you sign up for their special offers, they'll email and snail mail coupons on a regular basis. I received a receipt today that I had shopped in the store when I didn't and no one has my credit card information.So I called the store only to find not much out and called customer service but they were closed. Here it is I'm getting a email stating I purchased something there and the card number is almost like my Amex card I last visited over 6 months ago the only difference is it's a Visa. Cashier#1615408 date 5/25/18 which occurred at 12:55pm, reg:002, Trans:0807, $34.45 amount, auth#431237, card#7102 which is very weird. I was no where near the store and no one has authorized use of my cards or accounts. Went into this location to take advantage of the B3G3 promotion. I also went to use my "free gift" email on and $10 or higher purchase. The item had to be $14.00 or lower. I brought something to the register that was tagged $14.00, it rang up at $16.50 and Louise, the cashier said I couldn't get that item. "But it's tagged $14.00" I said. Louise then said she would talk to her manager. Now, I'm great at reading lips. Tina told Louise that I changed the tags and proceeded to try and take the price tag off. I went right over to the shelf and pulled three more samples to show they were all tagged $14.00. Tina, with an attitude, then stated to honor it. What a horrible customer experience. CORNELIA GEORGIA TONYA and LYNN both employees are not trained they are very rude The store never has any items that are in other locations I was told I could not buy a candle in the store that was clearly marked and barcoded on the bottom I may add she also said my daughter had darker skin than I did this was she actually my daughter and then refused service to buy a candle I have contacted the BBB corporate and a lawyer I have only had great experiences at bath and body works at other store locations I think they need to get new management I commented I would be calling to report this and she looked at my daughter and said your mom gets mad allot doesn't she I have never seen such lack of class Please bath and body works look into who you hire in your locations This was horrible read more

There are 2 Bath and Body Works at this mall, I am referring to the upstairs one, Space #2016. I'm never going back there again because of Tina. I wanted to return $5.30 worth of items, and she says, "You sure you want to return these to my store? Why not go to the one downstairs where you bought it? These aren't from my store." Why is she making me feel bad for making a return, a small one, all in unused perfect condition? "Her" store? Go downstairs where you bought it? Let's start off by saying the down stairs location perfect upstairs not so much. The manager there Tina was very rude. I went in to buy a gift for my wife and after 20 minutes of looking around a lady comes up starts asking me questions I inform her of what I need. After walking in circles after everything I told her she was off nothing matched I implied that my wife really enjoys the beach and I'm looking for something of that scent. The lady "Tina" yet again hanging me the most expensive stuff in the store I told her this is not what I'm looking for and she said then you'll have to try somewhere else? A few days later I came back and was immediately greater by a young lady named Caitlin she was very helpful and directed me to exactly what I was looking for and also showed me some products that were close to it. I went to the bath and body works on the 2nd level next to pink and it was a horrible experience. I waited in line for over 5 mins to have a cashier let another customer cut in front of me. The customer corrected it without me saying anything and told the cashier to let me go since I was there first. The cashier continued on to say that there are two lines so it didn't matter that I was there waiting first. I had her ring me up and she asked for my number for my purchase and I gave it to her and then she continued on to ask for my email. I told her I was signed up already and I didn't want to give my email. She harassed me for it for about 2 mins. I kept telling her no thank you b/c the email was way to long and I didn't want to go through telling her how to spell it. I ended up getting my receipt and walking off. That cashier did not have any good customer service skill at all. I think she may have been a manager smh! read more
