Came in today and a young Indian woman told me about a $19.95 bundle that included a gift bag, candle, soap and spray. She encouraged me to buy 2, saying I could pair it with the $10 off $35 coupon that just came out. I took her up on the offer. After standing in line for a while, I get to the front to hear a manager tell a cashier that couldn't be done. The woman who told me about it was on the next register! WTF. I wasted so much time getting my picks and standing in line for nothing! It should also be noted, that nothing on the coupon said it couldn't be combined with in store offers. I went home and placed an order online and was able to use the $10 off couple with the $19.95 deal. The manager/supervisor was a liar. She didn't even want staff to try and scan the coupons customers had. She needs to be retrained and get her info straight! read more

Traffic and parking can be hectic because of all the awesome stores around Bath & Body Works. It is so organized and clean inside and staff were around to assist us which was nice. This was my first time inside. My girls love their candles and hand sanitizers. The men body sprays and colognes smell soooooo good. Although there were sales going on, I thought it was still on the pricey side but they are worth it! read more

I received excellent customer service tonight from Shawn and Vanessa. I needed to exchange some wallflower scents. They were so nice and helpful. The store was immaculate and fully stocked. Placed an online order total of 21 items and credit card has been charged before store opens and called in the afternoon to get the status of the order. The lady I spoke with said they received the order and it will take 5 days for the order to get ready. I dont understand why it will take 5 days if all items is available and according to the website it will few hours only. The lady told me they cannot cancel the order and I can go to the store and buy as a regular customer and total amount will be cancel/ refunded back to my credit card. I asked them if they are short staffed cos i dont understand why it will take 5 days i should have gone to the store then or the ordered in Valley Plaza. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Maybe new Store Manager... I used to come in when it first open, they would be in groups talking about people or making jokes . I would see the manager an hearing him giving orders on an criticized his staff. I would have to ask for help . But now it's change , when I walk in I'm greeted right away. I don't see groups anymore talking , However they were talking about a coworker when I was in , but hush when they notice me I did have two ladies helping me an they were were really friendly. Check on me multiple times an ask if I needed help . They change store managers, last one was a guy but now they have a new one . Changes are always nice . If I have point out , is stop gossiping about your coworkers or at least not in front of a customers. Place is always clean , displays are awesome . Two ladies help me great customer service. This is the new location located in the SW. I was super happy when I first saw them building this here since going to the mall is such a hassle. This location is in a busy area, but the store doesn't feel as compacted as the other place. There's more room in this one. I recently came during a 3 wick candle sale just to grab a few before the huge candle sale in December comes. This location didn't seem as busy as the mall location, but I'm not even sure if a lot of people know this one is here. I actually debated releasing this review because I didn't want this one to be crazy like the mall when the big candle sale happens in December, but people will eventually find out haha. Staff is always nice in every Bath and Body works I've been to and it's always clean in all the locations I've been to. This one just stands out more for me because of the closer location and the fact that it's detached from a mall is a big plus to prevent a lot of traffic from other shoppers. The holidays is here guys and if you're debating what to grab a loved one, I feel like this place has great gift ideas. I love the scents and they have a lot of different things for your house, your car and most importantly for your hygiene. They always have sales all the time so if you love this place like I do then make sure to become a rewards member so you can get free goodies. read more

I placed an order online for pick up for the first time here and the overall experience was great. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult at this location but today it wasn't. I went into the store and was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I browsed around for more sales and decided on not getting anything else so I proceeded to the checkout line for my online order. The line accumulated very quickly and there was suddenly 10 people in front of me. I went back to the front of the store to ask an associate where I should go if I had an online pickup and they kindly directed me to the correct location which is to the left of the check out desk. Upon reaching that location, another associate asked if I was there for a pick up and checked my order and went to the back. They brought out my bag and kindly bid me farewell. If we go to bath and body works, this is the spot we come to. Whenever we walk in the door, they are always busy. The staff always greet us and are always very helpful. Their selection in the store is always the latest and the greatest. I have no complaints in this department. There is always something that my wife can't leave without and they are always updating their stock. The reason for the three star review is this. As I was holding our place in line where my wife and kids went around the store attempting to pick out smells that they enjoyed, I was checking out the place from my spot and I noticed something that was rather gross. Around all the air conditioning vents, there is a nice coating of black "stuff" coming from them. I honestly do not think that it is mold. My belief is that it is this is all the smells and perfumes that get sprayed into the air get sucked into the vents and this is the trail that they leave. The same coating is all over the ceiling light rails as well. This is no pleasant to look at. If you look around at every vent, this is noticeable on the all to some degree. I brought it up to the staff member as we checked out. I asked her if she knew about it. She said that they knew and motioned like there was nothing they could do about it. Not sure if management won't do anything or if it comes from a higher level. At the end of the day, our experience here is great. Looking at this unsightly "feature" detracts from the overall experience. I should have taken a photo. Next time you are in here, go in and look up. Once you do, you will not notice anything else. Please!!! Management!!! Fix this. New ceiling tiles cost a few bucks. Replace them. You customers that happen to look up will thank you. Newer, friendly, clean. Always greeted by kind employees offering a shopping basket. I treat myself here to candles here and there and they are always changing them up for the season. This store is anything but boring. It uplifts me as I am huge on scent. My go to's here are the hand sanitizers, car/purse size and the foaming hand soaps for home. Again... always seasonal and I just love it all. Nothing else at any store compares. The store always has a lot of stock but I feel it is all very well appointed and I have never had to wait too long to check out. I am in and out, just how I like it.. Everybody loves bath & body works. Their products are amazing from the body lotions/cream, candles, hand soaps and even car air fresheners. Perfect for gifting or just buying it for personal use. This store is my favorite for couple reasons; the close proximity to my house and the staff here are very helpful and professionals and their sales. This store is located in the Riverwalk shopping center, next to Sephora or just walking distance from Sprouts. They always have clearances or sale at Bath & Body works so be on a lookout when they have it at the store. read more

The store on stockdale has to be the worst customer service I have ever had. I went in to utilize my coupon and ended up leaving confused and didn't even get the item I was looking for. They were zero help and I definitely won't be going back to that store ever again. read more

I love this store, however, ya'll do entirely wayyy too much. From the continuous spraying of room sprays by multiple employees within 15 minutes, someone shoving a basket towards you every few steps you take, to the harassment of your customers. You all need to learn how to read your customer. Please know when someone is not trying to be bothered. I come in, I'm greeted, that's completely fine. Then you go in to tell me what the sales are or asking me what I'm shopping for today. I saw the app, so I know exactly what sales and offers you have during my visit. I tell you nicely, with a smile on my face, "I got it, thank you." AND YALL PROCEED TO TALK!! I have no idea what you all tell each other on those walkie talkies, but when I go to the next section of the store, HERE COMES ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTING TO TALK MY HEAD OFF . I say again that I got it with thanks. BUT THAT THIRD TIME!!! Ugh you all need to be stopped. Let those of us who don't want to be bothered be. Please!!! We will ask for help when we need it, I promise. I hate that I cannot smell fragrances online cause I would rather shop there than to be harassed. I honestly feel like I'm being profiled when I go in, but I'd hate for that to be true. Please learn/read your customers and also get pointers on learning how to spot your shoplifters. I came to this store last week. The staff was friendly besides Aubrey. I went to check out and a very nice cashier helped me and told me I can get one thing for free since it was buy two get one free. While my mom went to pick one out, I stayed at the register. Aubrey was helping a lady at the register next to me. The lady was looking for a coupon and Aubrey was very rude and looked at the cashier helping me and rolled her eyes saying she would have to find the coupon on her phone that she can't get it for her in the system. My cashier told her that she had the coupon right there by the register that she could scan for the customer. Aubrey said no. Eventually the lady couldn't find the coupon so Aubrey came to my register grabbed the paper and rolled her eyes again. She scanned the coupon that was on the paper and told the customer "I can only do it this time next time you need to find the coupon on your phone. We can't give it to you again" Poor customer service was given by Aubrey. She needs a better attitude and understand people do fall on hard times and sometimes it's worth it to save some money when you can. A little help goes a long way. read more

They have a HORRIBLE buy online pickup in store system. I would rather pay for shipping than have to wait 48 hours for buy online pick "up in store". If I would of known it would take that long for ordering online. I would of drove to Valley Plaza. I go to this location because it's close to my house. They have more staff than they do customers. With the amount of staff they have there. The online ordering should be expedited. read more
