I asked the gentleman who helped me to put his name on the receipt so I could remember to put it on Yelp because he was very patient and helped me choose the right product. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and so I'm just going to say that both he and the lady who assisted him were both pleasant and efficient. The store is clean, bright, and well stocked. It's easy to find things and if you can't find them, there are helpful personnel there to help you locate what you're looking for. It is easy to sample the soaps because they have papers to test for the aromas and there is a sink to wash off any product that gets on your hands . The location is very convenient and the large strip mall off of a major roadway just outside the city. There's plenty of parking in a very large parking lot. There are lots of stores around so you can do other shopping while you are there. They have extended hours so buyers can shop after usual work hours.

The owner was warm and welcoming, even giving the girls a sweet birthday treat and personally showing our group of 7 around, introducing the cats and answering any questions. All the cats appeared happy, healthy, and well cared for! As for the entrance fee--It's absolutely worth it for the love and effort this small business puts into the cat's wellbeing. We'll definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

I ordered a specific arrangement online, and added the chocolates with a card to be delivered. The arrangement arrived and it was wildly different that what I'd originally ordered - see the picture of what I thought I ordered vs what was delivered. I called the shop to ask if there had been a mistake, and was told that they didn't have the flowers pictured online, so they made a different arrangement at a comparable price. I guess that might have been okay -- if you'd called me to ask?? I spent nearly $100 on an arrangement that was supposed to have a particular meaning for my friend, and they just made a substitution without informing me. If I hadn't called to follow up after my friend sent me the picture of what she received, I wouldn't have even known! Not the kind of service I am used to. I have ordered from local flower shops remotely before and they have always contacted me about any changes or substitutions different from what was advertised and paid for online. What if the person receiving the flowers had a specific allergy?? Just not acceptable. I will not use them again if I need to order in this area.

I spent time in the fragrance section, which is located right next to the register, yet the cashier did not greet me or offer any assistance. I waited over five minutes for help just to access a perfume, while noticing that other customers who entered the store were greeted and offered assistance right away. The inconsistency in customer service was both noticeable and frustrating. At checkout, the cashier incorrectly stated that someone had assisted me. I politely corrected her and let her know that no one had greeted or helped me. After that, her attitude noticeably changed and became unprofessional. I only visited this location because I was in town, but based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Athens store. Customer service should be consistent, welcoming, and respectful to everyone, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
