As any frequent reviewer of my posts know, I like to periodically (annually) re-review my reviews as things can change. Sometimes businesses close, get bad, or sometimes, better. This is one of those posts. Yes, I know I've been bad about checking in, but I just had a son, so I've been a bit busy. Plus, since the Pandemic, we've been getting deliveries from here more than actually picking stuff up.
While, this business is currently closed, I'm sure it will be back open soon. I've been to Bath & Body Works way more times than I care to remember. I'm just not the kind of guy to buy this kind of stuff. I'm the guy that just buys body care stuff from the grocery store, Walgreens, or CVS. But, I will say that Bath & Body Works does offer guy options too.
This location is clean, bright, and spacious, with that patented Bath & Body Works smell. Sometimes, it's the best smell ever, and other times, it's overwhelming. Unfortunately, all places like this though tend to have that same smell. I will say though that Bath & Body Works tends to not be too overwhelming most times.
As for the staff, they are always helpful and friendly, and willing to help the uninitiated learn the ways of Bath & Body Works. You probably won't have to ask for help because someone will offer to help pretty quickly after entering.
But, as a guy, perhaps, the most important thing at Bath & Body Works is their gifts. Over the years, this has become our go-to spot for gifts, especially because they have a lot of pre-made baskets and gift sets. They can even make you a customer one. But, make sure you get a gift receipt with your receipt to make sure that the recipient can exchange it, if needed. They have a pretty great return policy, but things are always easier with receipts.
Oh, don't forget to search online for coupons because Bath & Body Works ALWAYS has coupons. Well, maybe not always, but it doesn't hurt to look.
