I'm sending this review out as a public service announcement for those who use C and C Plumbing for…read moretheir plumbing needs or plan to.   On Friday night (April 11, 2026) I had discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called C and C Plumbing. They said they would send a person out the next day and being that it would be a Saturday, I'd have to pay the overtime rate (which happened to be an additional $25.00). That was fine. The next morning the plumber arrived and assessed the leak problem. I had explained to him that we had had a garbage disposal removed approximately a year and a half earlier by his company. After he had replaced 4 inches of PVC pipe to the sink's drain, he explained that the pipe that was attached to the sink after the garbage disposal was removed was cut too short and that between gravity and the weight of the water after time caused the pipe to detach resulting in the leak. It took 1/2 hour to complete the job. On Monday morning, (April 20) I received a bill for $152.00. When I called to tell them I thought the bill was too high, particularly since the problem was initiated by their lack of "professional" workmanship, I was told that the removal of my sink's garbage disposal happened more than a year ago and that they weren't responsible due to the time frame and I should have called sooner. What difference does the time frame make? The replacement part didn't wear out. It was improperly measured and cut and then replaced. And by the way, why would I call sooner when no problem existed? I wasn't asking for a free service call, just a fair price in their billing for something that shouldn't have happened had the initial job been done correctly. When I brought up a reduction in the bill I was told that wasn't possible and that if this bill wasn't paid, they'd refer it to a collection agency. I guess we'll see where this goes. Otherwise, the next stop will be a letter of complaint to the Better Business bureau.

So even though Mark is super knowledgeable about the product, the buck stops there. We have had countless times of mismanaged situations throughout the process. Including; - double billed - contractors not doing a pre inspection - contractors telling us we had to rip out trees because the boxes couldn't go anywhere els. (They did after a rather large disagreement) we could have moved the trees if they would have pre come out. - contractors saying they will be out and never showing up - scheduled times that people are supposed to show and reschedule a day before. - steeling articles from the garage to complete their project. - lack of workmanship on the stolen items to make them not look like they came from us. - lack of communication throughout project. - lack of owner ship. - the GC leaving mid project and never come back for follow up In all we are pretty disappointed in the overall satisfaction of Coronado and their sub workers.

They managed to save my oak tree while addressing the root issues. The water heater was replaced to include isolation valves for pre-existing work, ensuring I don't have issues with someone else's questionable work. They use copper Vs CPVC. Their office Manager, Missy took great time in explaining their services. Upon their initial house inspection, not only was I informed this house would require a lot of work to bring it up to speed, they willingly provided numerous other local referrals for several issues. As not only a new comer to the area, but also a first time home owner, i am beyond grateful I found a receipt the previous owners had left behind. No matter the issue you call to address, rest assured it will be handled professionally with stellar craftsmanship at a competitive price in an increasingly difficult market.

I lost a $99 Telo drone, caught in a branch that I didn't see on the live video. I came back the next evening and I couldn't find it anywhere. Excavation Point person told my contractor staff on site that next day that they found a drone. Excavation point doesn't have my contact information or who I am so they told the contractor about it, put it in a safe and waterproof location on the job site. I came back again to my lot but this time during the day and the contractor asked if I was missing a drone - I said YES. He went into that pedestal where you keep permits and other paperwork and handed me my missing drone that I lost a couple days before. I lost it when I hit a branch without seeing that one branch it on the camera, one loan branch sticking out further than others and it got stuck. I couldn't find it the next day, but your company found it. HONEST employees. But most important thing is they did an excellent job. I would recommend them. Serious attitude problem. No people skills. They reply with one word emails, like you are their dog…read moreobeying a command. They act like they are doing you a favor and are being put out of their way by charging you $30 more per load than anyone else. If they do decide to grace with their presence, they want you to be able to adjust your schedule at the drop of a dime, because their time is obviously more important than yours. After getting estimates from three different companies, we chose Current Electric. We needed an extra long ladder to reach our overhead lights and Current Electric worked with us to make it happen. They got to work and my blower motor needed to be replaced and they had one in the truck. So they checked everything and left. By 2:30 and $450 I was cooling and watching the temp. lowering in my home. Yes, I would recommend them and glad I met Freddy and this company.
