I called their office and told them that I would be a little later than I anticipated because of what happened and he and his wife personally came to help me. Who does that these days! It started with an email from them that pulled no punches and I appreciated that. It was going to be incredibly noisy and messy, and my building would be a construction zone, so I had to make different arrangements for my car. It was all of that! From 7-4 each weekday they went at it for a week and a half. At some points there were ten guys at once on my roof! So how did they do? I met the owner several times and he was incredibly nice and responsive. His guys were unfailingly pleasant and worked hard to clean up every day. It was indeed very noisy. Let's just say I didn't take any afternoon naps! As you can see from the picks, my new roof is gorgeous! As I complete the paperwork, I'm about to get a yearly discount on my condo insurance. Inasmuch as I have knowledge and experience in electrical, I chose the other business for the service. I received an invoice for Caulfield service call, which was legitimate, but when I went into the store and spoke with Taylor Caulfield describing the action ( or inaction) his service personnel did, compared to the use of an ohm meter completed by the other company, Mr. Caulfield withdrew the request for payment regarding the service call. This was both appropriate and ethical. I will recommend Caulfield services based on this interaction.
