One of the worst experiences of my life. First they don't have in house people who do anything. It is all farmed our subcontracted the entire way. So even though Mark is super knowledgeable about the product, the buck stops there. We have had countless times of mismanaged situations throughout the process. Including; - double billed - contractors not doing a pre inspection - contractors telling us we had to rip out trees because the boxes couldn't go anywhere els. (They did after a rather large disagreement) we could have moved the trees if they would have pre come out. - contractors saying they will be out and never showing up - scheduled times that people are supposed to show and reschedule a day before. - steeling articles from the garage to complete their project. - lack of workmanship on the stolen items to make them not look like they came from us. - lack of communication throughout project. - lack of owner ship. - the GC leaving mid project and never come back for follow up In all we are pretty disappointed in the overall satisfaction of Coronado and their sub workers. read more

!!! Do Not Use CORONADO SOLAR !!! Over 2 years ago we signed a contract for a 15.3kw solar system with a 36kw whole home battery backup using GENERAC equipment. !!! IT STILL DOESN'T WORK !!! Coronado installed a 12KW system with battery backup, finished August 2016. My house is a quirky 100 yr old plus county place. They put up 35 panels ran attic fans and installed the inverters and batteries in a 10X8' Utility Shed. This system has earned its keep twice with Hurricane's Mathew and Irma. Not to mention some oddball thunderstorms that took FPL down. Most cases I don't realize the power went off unless I go into the part of the house with large AC unit not on the Solar Feed. Dennis Mee's guys worked through the quirks and challenges that a 100 plus year old can provide including mounting to cured Dade County Pine trusses that are like drilling into Petrified Wood. I feel I received an incredible value with this system and I recommend Coronado to anyone. The Customer Service is great, most cases you talk to the owner Dennis.
