I've been seeing this chiropractor for well over a year now for a disc issue, and the difference in my back has been huge. From day one, they took the time to actually explain what was going on and built a treatment plan around my specific needs -- not a generic routine. That personal attention has made all the difference. A year later, the pain is under control, and I feel stronger and more mobile than I have in years. The office itself is professional and welcoming every visit, and I always feel heard, not rushed. The office staff, especially Rachel, are great. They handle my insurance and make sure everything runs smoothly. Overall it is always a pleasant experience. If you're dealing with a back or disc issue and want a chiropractor who actually listens and gets results, look no further. read more

My past Chiro just passed unexpectedly after helping me for 25 years. I was devastated - as I trusted him and he knew my body so well. I said a prayer and was led to Dr. Bates' office. I am a golfer - turns out Dr. Bates played in college, thus understands thoroughly my needs not only for my immediate pains, but preventative exercises as well. His staff is awesome. Very communicative - always responds quickly - even through text messages. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. DP read more

Great business from front office to chiropractic care. I've been seeing Dr Bates for over 10yrs. He did remarkable work initially for lower back and has maintained alignment and function ever since. Pain, range of motion and flexibility greatly improved to where I don't notice my back any more. He will take time to explain the physiology and treatment to whatever level you desire along with ways we can help ourselves at home- very transparent and friendly. Dr. Bates helped me after a significant compacting injury at the end 2019. He took time and actually listened to my concerns and pains. He was able to explain in an understandable way what he saw on the X-rays and how he planned to correct the problem areas. He used anatomical aids to explain exactly what part of my back was doing wrong and why that was bad. He showed me how and why it's supposed to be. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I've recommended him to 4 family members and several friends. His staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Bates. read more

I'm a dental hygienist, and have been in the dental field so over 10 years. Due to the type of work that I do, my posture has never been the best. I was having neck and shoulder issues, along with a mild hump on my upper back. I called Dr. Bates office one day because I had the worst neck and headache. I usually don't experience headaches, so I knew it had to do with my neck. When I called the girl who answered was super nice and was able to get me in that same day. Dr. Bates took X-rays and explained what he saw, along with an adjustment (much needed). I felt a huge relief right away. I knew at that moment that I had found my chiropractor for life. I have been going to him for 3 months now, and my posture has definitely improved. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Bates for taking such good care of me! read more

I absolutely recommend this place. I live out of state and injured my back and threw my body out of alignment while on a work trip. I was in so much pain it hurt to breathe. This office was open early so I showed up when they opened without calling to even see if they were taking new patients. We've been seeing Dr. Bates for close to 10 yrs, including after the birth of our daughter in 2018. He's out both my husband and I right after a number of painful injuries considering that we're both outdoorsy, active and do a lot of physical work. Aaron literally got me up and walking again after a traumatic birth & torn pubic symphisis had me leaving the hospital on a walker and using a wheelchair. Worth every penny. The staff and Dr. Bates are all kinda people. They make you feel welcomed as soon as one comes in. Dr. Bates knows the Anatomy very well. On the 1st visit he brakes down everything right there and then. Gives you an x-ray and tell you what's wrong and hows his going to fix you.On top of all that he gives you work outside that help you recover faster. What I really like is the any problem you have with in his study he'll listin to you and help you out to fix the problem. I still have some what lower problem but with in the 1st five visits I was feeling way better. I'm all ready a few months in and I'm feeling 70% way better now. He had great advice. & answered all my questions. He took plenty of time with me & put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Bates!! I walked in the door at a pain level 7, walked out a 3!!
