However, once the flooring was here, the RCC crew came immediately and didn't leave until absolutely ever detail was looked after. Jay was here often checking and overseeing the work. A big thank you goes to Kelsey for all of her help and the Kyle for not leaving until the job was done to perfection. Also, thanks to Audrey, April, Dillon, and the rest of the crew. It was great to see people doing their work with a smile on their faces and doing it well. We so appreciated their positive attitude and their calm demeanor. The following listed items below are all things I've…read morepersonally experienced over the last 4 months after being asked to help them with an emergency: After re-arranging our schedule to help them out at the last minute by removing a tree that fell over in a storm onto one of their clients houses, coordination and communication attempts have rendered excuses and run arounds, but no payment. - Poor communication to and from clients and contractors. - Avoiding payment on invoices by sending payees calling around several offices in multiple cities. - No accountability in terms of doing what they say they will. - I was told that their senior management that is in charge of signing cheques hasn't been in yet and our invoice was "missed" before their last months end. Our invoice was submitted on Oct. 28 2019. It's currently Feb. 4 2020, I guess their "senior management" doesn't work very often. Like many other companies in this industry, they are positioned appropriately to be people's first and last call in the event of property damage. Unfortunately once Onside is in control, they capitalize on contractors (to be able to get enough work done to submit invoices to their client's insurance company) then put them on the back burner until they threaten small claims court (which will be our next call). In an attempt to give them a fair shake on this I will leave this review up from today forward until our bill is paid, and it will remain up for as many days as they have been giving us the run around, which at this point is 99.
