The most important thing to know is CC builds a quality home. Led by their project manager Pascual, everything turned out fabulous and just the way we wanted. I have had two contractors confirm this which this company refuses to listen to because they "can't trust other contractors." Please do not do business with them, the more people I talk to about this company the more horror stories I hear. Also there was no quality check on the paint as you can see, when he says that he only means the manufacturer came out and said my warranty was in tact and even they said there were pieces that need replacing. They did not even look at the area currently in question. I chose this company because he not only gave me a good price when we discussed what I was doing, he added in a few other items (i.e. pressure washing the sidewalk and driveway) after I was already provided a quote. I just found him easy to deal with and I knew it was a family business. Work was to be started Friday and completed by Saturday but they called on Thursday and asked if they could start early because of weather. They showed up that day was work was completed on Friday afternoon. House looked great inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

Blaze said when he stood on the section it didn't feel right and when the old roof came off we discovered why. The fix was not overly costly. Mostly just the cost of the extra wood and bracing. My roof is beautiful and was done in a day. They covered plants and were careful. All workers were very polite. When they were finished they did a sweep with a long magnet for any nails and then broom swept the drive and walkway. I highly recommend them.
