They came out on 7/20 to check it out but could not diagnose the problem because they said their office was closed. They came out the next day and said they would order the part which should arrive in two days. On 7/26 they said the part didn't arrive but guaranteed it would arrive by 7/28. On 7/28 they said the part still hadn't arrived. I said that was ridiculous and it could have been sent overnight express. I paid $220.39. The workers were nice and friendly but management probably just figured they could look it up on-line. I fired them and called a legitimate licensed plumber. Lesson learned. I knew it was time to replace it to avoid a catastrophic leak. Joe was great. He was able to assess the job without coming on-site. After reviewing pictures, he noticed that it wasn't a regular water heater and it needed to be special ordered. Tyler and Bobby came out and install was smooth. Joe and his team really went above and beyond to get the right LP water heater and get it installed.
