I'm shocked that this company has a five star average review! Our experience has been very…read moredisappointing. I will make this very short and to the point! Concrete Indy gave us the wrong color, we've had cracks that they repaired and did a terrible job and had to pay to be repaired by a contractor. They are a very dishonest company and never admitt to their mistakes and atleast make an attempt to make them right! Thanks for never getting back to me, Mike!! And again, it has been confirmed, the actual color that we received is much darker with red tones, and not the color, summer beige, that we paid for. :(

10/10 experience with AmeriFence! We definitely shopped around and got about 6 different quotes…read more AmeriFence was the 2nd most affordable option but we decided to go with them because 1) their customer service and 2) the extensive warranties they include. Mike Speek Jr was the rep who came out to give us a quote. He was awesome, professional and gave us all the info we needed. He wanted to make the sale and really sweetened the deal for us which was awesome. We went with an aluminum fence and wanted to make sure it was durable and would last. The warranties they offer are more expansive than any other company we got quotes from. Which makes us as the customer feel very confident in our purchase knowing that if anything were to go wrong, or break, or bend, we will be taken care of. I would highly recommend getting a quote from AmeriFence if you are in the market for a fence.

I saw a AAA Sealcoating & Paving sign in my area and needed to get my driveway done, so I decided…read moreto give them a call. I was greeted by a woman on the phone and told her I would like to have someone come out and give me an estimate, but I needed to talk to them to explain the details of the project. She stated someone couldn't come out and give me an estimate or talk to me because they bundle all their estimates on certain days of the week and they don't do one on one meetings. So, I said, "Thanks, but I'll just have to take my business elsewhere then." I then found a company to do it. A week or so goes by and I receive a message from someone at AAA named Joseph Sullivan, stating they would like to come out and give me an estimate. I responded to the message and said, "Thanks, but I was told you don't do that by the lady that answers your phone, so I already scheduled someone else, but if for some reason the current company falls through, I will get back in touch and have you give me an estimate." Well, that ended up happening so I got back in touch with AAA. I left them a message on their voicemail and sent Joseph a direct email asking for him to come out and give me an estimate. I received ZERO RESPONSE. That tells me all I need to know about this company and my project is a decent size job. The fact they couldn't come out and talk to me when I originally called because of how they do their estimates was bad enough, but then when I actually allowed them a second chance and they couldn't follow through tells you all you need to know about AAA Sealcoating & Paving. I would seriously think twice about using this company for your driveway needs.
