The tech showed up with only a clipboard in hand. Normally, they have tools etc and are ready to work. They typically drain some water out, check for sediment, clean the sight glass, open the pilot cover, clean it, vaccum it. The tech did NONE of this. He was here for a half hour, charged me a 100 bucks and left. Not exactly a boiler tune up that i paid for. If you have a residential boiler system I suggest not using this firm. Years ago the tech who came out did a great job. This year was not the same situation.

Jennifer seemed to take it as a personal attack from my office administrator and then me and said she would look into it, yelled at me for telling me how to run her business?! Hung up on me. Ok. You don't want to give vendor insurance info or other data, politely say I feel uncomfortable with that, we will get that and move on to people with more experience. Of the businesses I consult with that look for cleaners, her name will not come up when yelled at and hung up on.

Today's job was to move our main tv from our living room and replace it with a larger model, while transferring the old one to a bedroom. Brian is so helpful, so pleasant, so efficient. It's not often these days that I rave about customer service, but for me, Lowe's provides the gold standard. The only reason I didn't give them a 5* is that you do pay more than you would elsewhere, but it is not unreasonable for this kind of service.
