Their service person came out yesterday and got the alarm and the phone app working and he stayed well past 5:00pm to make sure everything worked perfectly! He also changed the contact information on the panel and moved an oddly place motion sensor. He was very personable and patient and I appreciate Gilmore standing by their initial quote and getting our alarm system operating correctly.
