Leveling, pouring a foundation, framing, getting plumbing and electrical hooked up, etc. Jesus, I wouldn't be surprised if they come out to the jobsite for you and start barking at the contractors screwing it up. They do all this because they got the Ace Hardware heart. It might be a bit pricier here than Home Depot or, God forbid, Lowe's (DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S! they got worse than service than popeyes chicken), but the helpful hardware folks who work here are worth the extra penny. Sometimes I feel like pulling out a crisp 20 or benjamin and giving it to these guys because they are so awesome. I been to every section and talked to all the regular faces who work here. Well, most people, including myself, would rather handle the product first before purchasing it. Not stocking this brand is a huge miss by store management. Poor customer service by Roman who is a store assistant manager. Not going to get into full details but as their return policy is not posted anywhere in person or on the receipt, Roman is stating all firearms purchases are final as he also refused to advise me what time the store manager would arrive to the store the next day. He was extremely rude and is the complete opposite of their sales person code of conduct. Go to another place of business where people are treated with better dignity, and moreso, veterans and first responders.

Great customer service! We stopped in with our six year…read moreold son that is about to start soccer for the first time. We know nothing about this stuff. None of our other children, nor us, have ever played sports. Thank God Lisa helped us today! Otherwise he would of likely showed up to his first practice wearing baseball cleats, a football helmet, and carrying a golf club. Lisa was very helpful showing us what we needed. Even to the extent of getting on the floor opening different packages and finding the correct sizes for him. We will be back.
