I got a waffle cone with coffee ice cream and double dark chocolate. Staff was friendly, store was clean. I read some of the other reviews and did not find that those problems existed. The store did not have a great smell for some reason, but it wasn't terribly bad either. I did not sit and eat my ice cream. I want to resolve this somehow without making matters worse but I needed to talk with someone that can help me, because of course no one there would hear me out or engage in a polite matter with me.. probably no longer be visit this location ever again, terrible experience.
