Fast service and decent cookies Been coming to this…read morelocation for a while now Cookies are always good but it's hard to justify the price for me personally. Obviously it's not stoping me from going back because these cookies are always so good I will say I'm not a fan of the pies they have for the season. Fair warning also if you're using a fork the aluminum their in is very thin so your fork will most likely pierce through, not a big deal just thought I'd note Other than that the service is usually always fast They have multiple ways to order inside so even when it's busy you'll be able to get your order in The wait time is never really too long from my experience. The inside is a little small if it's busy though All in all good cookies A little pricey but worth trying at least once I'd wait for the cookies to come back though over the pies

I love the It's It Outlet!…read more It's really more of a grab and go sort of place. I've never been inside the store. Only walk up to the window to order and then leave. They sell many flavors that you don't usually see in grocery stores! If you buy more (about a dozen) they have a special price and give it to you in a box. Otherwise you should bring some sort of cooler bag. In addition to ice cream sandwiches they also have other snacks like popcorn and cookies. Some of the less common flavors include strawberry, pumpkin, coffee, and mint chocolate chip. Service has been great. If you want you can even ask for a random assortment of ice cream sandwiches. At times the parking can be a little limited since there's a popular brunch spot a couple doors down. But it's well worth a visit especially on warmer days if you're in the area.

A San Francisco experience since 1928 [Suisun City CA]…read more I've had this place bookmarked for sometime... IT'S-IT Ice Cream has an outlet in Suisun City, I did not know! We made it here 10 minutes prior to closing. There is a front door entrance but I'm not sure if they keep it open as in it was locked during business hours, we ordered through a sliding glass window. We chose a vanilla and chocolate IT'S-IT cookie ice-creams. These are so delicious and this is the kind of ice cream sandwich that's almost too intimidatingly thick... let me explain, first you'll find your teeth crunching into two dense, old-fashioned oatmeal cookies until finally you arrive at the smooth, indulgent ice cream in the middle. I had the chocolate. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind combination of both texture and flavor. Before you know it, it's all gone LoL! We wanted to buy more to take home but we were still an hour away (not considering any traffic we may encounter). We're bringing a cooler next time! LoL The factory is located in Burlingame in view from Highway 101 (you may also catch a Groupon deal at this location once in a while). IT'S-IT remains a cult-like favorite of all Bay Area natives and its loyal fan base -- generation after generation, right? IYKYK Review #3930

They had me at Caramel…read more I've probably been to this shop at least five times since they opened. When they first opened and I saw the name,I knew I had to check them out and as soon as I walked in and saw their goods-I was hooked. This shop is located in the Nut Tree shopping center, kind of by the Merry-Go-Round. So much parking available-though the lot does get busy on weekends as anyone who goes to Nut Tree knows. So this shop is a locally owned business-they only have one location and supporting them is truly the definition of supporting local small business. They make homemade candy. It's chocolate and caramel heaven. They have so much good stuff-chocolate pretzels,chocolate-dipped red vines, chocolate peanut butter cups, caramel apples,chocolate-covered caramel-dipped marshmallows, white chocolate, dark chocolate-it's overwhelming. I make it a point to stop here almost every time I drive through Vacaville to pick up a little something-in fact I'm going to Giants game tonight,I'm most likely going to make a quick stop before the game. It's that good of a shop-they get priority status whenever passing through their town. I feel the prices are still pretty decent as well. They also have a pretty good rewards program one can sign up for in their shop. I like that you can see where they are making the candy in the back of the shop-feels a lot more authentic. They make gift bundles for like graduations and birthdays as well. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this but their candy is delicious-so tasty, chocolate is so rich-you can definitely tell it was made with love and homemade recipes. In closing, I would recommend stopping by this shop if you find yourself at the Nut Tree shopping center and give their yummy candy a try-they are bound to have something you'd enjoy.

We ended up leaving with 1 Carmel apple, and more than 7 chocolate treats, from chocolate gummy bears, chocolate marshmallows, chocolate pretzels, chocolate Carmel squares, salted Carmel and more.. so much stuff that I couldn't even count. The staff was very friendly and helped out everyone with patience and got hot chocolate for everyone too. This is a great spot and if definitely recommend this spot to anyone that is looking for a sweet treat and a free hot chocolate!

The cookies are 100% delicious, fresh with a nice variety of flavors to keep it interesting. What I love is that they have a standard, fixed menu (chocolate chip rotating with semi sweet chocolate chip, brownie batter, pink sugar cookie, Oreo cookie, snickerdoodle, and celebration cake batter) plus a weekly menu that drops every Monday. I have used Instacart a couple times with no problem... the one time I placed an order through their app for pickup was less seamless. I placed my order on a Sunday with a time to pick up in the morning the following day. The app reminded me to pick up the cookies, but I was disappointed to learn that 2 of the flavors weren't yet available. I was told by one of the workers who I called over the phone that they would be ready by 4 in the afternoon. The flavors not in stock were 2 of the weekly drops, so I opted to wait until the afternoon. Although a little bit of a delay, not the end of the world, but it was a small hiccup. It seems they were not very prepared for the new drop. Asides from that issue, I have nothing but positive things to say. The store seemed pretty clean and the service was friendly. I'll be back next week for their new drop!
