This is a new ice cream and dessert food stall. The focus is on rolled ice cream, Belgian waffles,…read moreand shakes. They do have scoops of ice cream, refreshers, hot drinks (hot chocolate, chai, tea, coffee), and cakes. The focus is on good quality and less calories. This is a woman-owned business. She is extremely passionate about what she created and is serving. If she isn't busy, speak to her and learn things about her business! Currently they are only open 18:00 to 01:00. They tend to be very busy from 20:00 to 22:00. For their ice cream, they use 10% milk, half cream, and less sugar. We ordered the following: 1. Rich Chocolate Scoop ($3.49). 2. Classic French Vanilla Scoop ($3.49). 3. Mango Sorbet Mini Scoop (not on the menu yet). 5. Blueberry Bliss Rolled Ice Cream (mini $8.99). 5. Royal Rabri Gulab Jamun Rolled Ice Cream ($12.99). The customer service is really good, especially from the owner. She is extremely knowledgeable about her products. Both ice cream scoops very not too sweet, exactly what East Asian people like. The Mango Sorbet is not currently on their menu. They gave us a small amount to try. Sorbet is from pure fruit and water, no other ingredients. You can taste the freshness of the fruit. The mango they use is from Indian or Pakistani (keseari or chaunsa mango) which is sweeter than Mexican mango (which has a little citrusy taste). Their Rolled Ice Cream uses less sugar. It is mixed with milk and cream. To roll their ice cream, they pour milk and cream and pieces of fruit onto a frozen plate, then mix it thoroughly, and making it a thin sheet. When the consistency is like ice cream, the scrape it in such a way to roll up the thin sheets. The Blueberry version uses 6-7 blueberries and only has about 200-250 calories! I chose to have whipped cream on top. The Gulab Jamun version has 2 gulab jamon in the roll and 1 on top. This is their sweetest rolled ice cream. It had a good sweetness to it. Some people ask for 3 in the roll! They can customize based on customer choice. You can even ask for a lower calorie version. They would use 10% milk instead of cream. Even their coffee is special. The Desi Mocha instant coffee, chocolate and whipped cream. This is a takeout-only place but there were 2 chairs available. However, being part of the World Food Market, there are many outdoor seats (picnic tables), behind Sufi's. They opened on 2026-07-10. There is no free WiFi. The food stall is wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-152

Tip: This Tim Hortons store is by mall entrance 2…read more I have passed by this Tim Hortons at CF Markville Mall countless times. I've seen the old version with dark brownish signage and its facelift these days sporting a reddish palette with its signage. After having an early dinner at Bingz next door last Wednesday, I was heading home. I stopped to grab some Timbits on my way out. This Timmy's had a steady flow of customers. Some came by to pick up their orders through the Timmy's app. Some used the kiosks by the wall to place their orders. Me? I ordered at the counter. I had to look at the display of baked goods and place an order with a human. I got a man behind the counter. He seemed fatigued and barely said ten words. Maybe it was towards the end of his shift. I got a ten-pack of Timbits. There's a Harry Potter promotion. I got all ten Timbits in golden snitch caramel. I know. I'm deviating from my norm going with assorted. It was a risk. What if I hated this Harry Potter-themed flavour? I paid through my Timmy's app. I got my QR code scanned, which earned me points and allowed me to pay using my Tim's gift card in one go. My Timbits were housed in a Harry Potter-themed box. He handed it over to me. I thanked him. He said nothing. Perhaps he needed to preserve his energy to get through the rest of his shift. I had my Timbits when I got home. I loved the golden snitch caramel Timbits. It had the best caramel filling inside each Timbit. Maybe I liked it because it was a flavour shift from my usual assorted order. So good! I'm hungry. I am tempted to head to a Timmy's to get some. We'll see if these hunger pangs pass. There isn't any seating at this Timmy's. You can either find a place to sit as you walk towards entrance 2 from Timmy's, or you can take the escalator down to the food court and sit there. It was nice to finally stop by and get something from this Timmy's. I'd do it again when I'm at the mall and crave Timbits. (363)
