I got outside and told my husband, he went back inside to get her name, we were planning on getting home and calling a manager. When he went and asked for her name, she did tell him but she also laughed in his face, loudly and rudely. While she is there, I only plan to go back once, to make sure there is a complaint filed with the manager. I called and made one but I want to make absolute sure they know of how she treats people.

Their stewed or braised beef and pork items are excellent, you can't go wrong for tenderness and flavor. Warning: I've not ordered anything with chicken, so order that at your own risk. I appreciate good Mexican restaurants like El Charro, and I've eaten at a lot of excellent Mexican food places having lived over 3 decades in Phoenix, AZ and over 3 decades in California (Lompoc, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Oxnard). After waiting 16 minutes at the counter to place my order, my wife and I and three other customers decided that there was no sign of counter service forthcoming. We were totally ignored and disrespected by the manager and kitchen staff. All their attention was directed to the drive-through customers. The manager looked at us several times, but never spoke to us nor made any attempt to have someone take our orders. Inexcusably rude and unprofessional.
