Came here for late night ice cream Pick up with the husband. Not really talkative. Was charged for a double scoop on my husbands and myself. The boy who served me made my first correct but clearly undersized the scoop. Understanding it was 10 mins till close I have them a pretty good tip for an ice cream shop. I always go for the cotton candy flavor. I feel like nowadays there's less and less locations of Baskin-Robbins around. They are known to have a bunch of different flavor offerings with sometimes having crazy seasonal ice cream flavor. My go to is the cotton candy, which surprisingly isn't too sweet in my opinion. A good spot if you want a variety of flavors to choose from, they don't really do toppings or anything at this ice cream shop. Love this location it's one of our go to area if we're near by the employees are always nice and quick to serve. The area is always clean and well kept. We asked for coffee flavor ice cream Was given ice cream that has peanuts no coffee flavor at all. my daughter is allergic to peanuts!!! I wouldn't have gotten that flavor but the employee stated it's coffee flavored. When I realized it had peanuts I drive back to the store. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. The employee who works there short Hispanic woman must be in her late 40 refused to give me a refund and walked away to back saying she needs to call her supervisor and we can't do that with a nasty attitude. She has someone on the phone and must have told her to refund me my money. So she throws the money on the counter and pushes the ice cream and tells me I need to throw the ice cream away myself. The owner or whoever I spoke with when telling him about the nasty attitude he tries to justify the matter by telling me well the ice cream flavor does have some coffee. Disregards my concern of the peanuts which the employee never mentioned. And I explained the peanut allergy. Worst place never step foot here! read more

Wow. Ordered a birthday cake online a few days before pick up. They sent me a confirmation which included my five dollar reward taken off the amount. However, they charged my credit card for the full amount so I didn't get my five dollar reward. I brought my credit card statement as well as their email confirmation to the store and the lady basically called me a liar, said I didn't get cheated, that she has a receipt to prove it. Doesn't my credit card statement Trump her receipt? I was prepared to buy a second cake and just have them give me the five dollars off of that one to keep it simple but instead, I walked out angry, vowing never to return. We went to Baskin-Robbins for some ice cream and we ordered the banana split and a mangonada smooths with tajin spice. The banana split was good but par for the course. The smoothie however was very good you could taste the mango flavoring and the tajin spice added some kick which was not over powering but just right. The service was good nothing special about what you expect. The bathroom was clean and had some nice touch's for decor in it. The true down side was the is very little seating in the ice cream store. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars. Would I recommend this place yes but don't go out of your way for it. But it was good, not the best ice cream in Las Vegas but it was passable read more

If you are an email club member, you should be getting their promos (freebies, cake specials, and "31st" special price days). It is smaller, size wise, but it is clean. There are usually two clerks. The counter featuring the seasonal flavors as well as the regular mainstays (like jamocha, jamocha almond fudge) probably take up the bulk of the store location. The front has some limited seating (counter style). And next to the door is the freezer where the cakes are stored. The shape of the store is a reverse and upside down L-shape (if that makes sense). The back corner is the (single) bathroom. We like this shopping center, so when we visit, we check out about eight stores here. And this is one of the stops. Hubby gets a cone, while the boy and I get ours in a cup. read more

It has either a cookie or brownie bottom, and whatever ice cream and topping you choose. If you're in a time pinch and want a polar pizza the day of, there's premade ones in their freezer near the door. I believe Ivy is the designated cake decorator/ penmanship person. Her cursive handwriting is beautiful. Once, I called in my order only to have it not made. Not sure what happened to cause the miscommunication. The guys working were great in making the order for me right then and there. Whoever did the writing tried their best lol but it wasn't up to Ivy's usual standards. But hey, they did me a solid and I really appreciate that. That's the kind of customer service that any business would love to exude. Good job to the whole team here. You all are awesome. So I've been to baskin-Robbin's for years and always been either offered a sample or when I've asked for one the staff have more than happy to get me one. So to my surprise today when I go in and see that the flavor of the month is something I would be interested in purchasing but not quite sure, I do what anyone would do as to inquire for a sample the staff member declines and tells me that they aren't giving samples. It really doesn't bother me that they aren't giving samples it more they way she said it and was cold in her delivery. No pun intended. I would've appreciated more if she explained that their policy changed and that they not giving out samples anymore or they out of sample spoons something more customer service friendly I guess. The only reason I put a one star is because yelp makes me. I will be going to the Cactus location from now on. read more

I called around 11:45am to place an order for a cake to be picked up at 6pm later that day. I usually order cakes from other places, so this is the first time I ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins. They definitely did not disappoint! The employee that took my order over the phone was very friendly. She answered the many questions that I had and was very patient with me. I ordered a round Oreo ice cream cake that feeds about 6-8 people for about $28. When I came to pick up the cake, it was on time and ready to go. The cake turned out so cute! There were mini ice cream cones at the top, each with a different ice cream flavor. The cake itself was chocolate with cookies 'n' cream ice cream. Everything tasted so good. I was very pleased! Good sized scoops! Visit this location every once in a while and it's always consistent. Consistently good sized scoops. My wife and I usually share a cone. Usually two scoops. Our favorite flavors are the pralines and cream and cookies and cream. Other great flavors are the Jamocha almond fudge and Oreo n' cold brew. Storefront is a little on the smaller end, but service is always great. Workers are always nice and they are quick to fulfill your order. read more

I ordered a custom polar pie for my fiancé for his birthday. When I came to pick up and saw how they put it together I told the girl it looked awful and looked like it was melted. It was messy looking and didn't even look like a pie. It was fuller on one side and emptier on the other side of pie. It looked like it sat out for a long time before being put back into freezer also. The girl at counter said "I didn't make it so I can't do anything about it." I will never come to this location again. If you want something made I would recommend to stay away from this location because they don't care about your business and just throw together custom orders carelessly . I came here on Halloween night to get some ice cream around 9:30pm. I know that this store closes at 10pm and it was PRINTED on the door. However, when I went to the store, it was CLOSED. There were two young guys cleaning up the store and they saw me try to open the door. However, they just ignored me and kept on cleaning. I was so furious since they were still supposed to be open. I called the next day to see what time Baskin Robbins close, they told me 10pm. There was no manager to fix the issue so I was still angry that there was no resolution. I will probably never come here again because of how poor those two guy workers were to me. I hope they get reprimanded for their terrible work. It was inappropriate for them to close early and give me looks as if I were bothering them. And if they did change the store hours, the management should change the hours printed on the door. read more

I love cherries and she offered to give me extra without me even having to ask..... it's the little things lol she even gave us the 99¢ BOGO sundae deal without any issue/complaints.
