Have not been to this location yet but was in the area. There was no one inside and we were helped right away. The store looked small from the outside but since we went while it was getting dark, I was not thrilled with the lighting as it was in a parking lot that had construction going on and not in a typical shopping center. The concrete stair case was not very visible at night so I suggest going during the day or take a flashlight. The staff was friendly and we noticed that some cakes were being made so we watched. We ordered our standby treats which is a hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream with the whipped cream, nuts and cherry. The portion did not seem as big as usual. Will go back only in the daytime.

Today I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. An employee demanded that I show "documents" for my service animal, which is not allowed under the law. Customers are not required to carry or present any paperwork. This interaction was uncomfortable and inappropriate. I hope management provides proper training to staff regarding service animal regulations. In addition, the employee handling food was wearing a visibly soiled uniform, which raised serious hygiene and food safety concerns.

I used to really like this location, but it's changed in the last 6 months. I went during my lunch to grab a cold drink and the girl helping me was new and super sweet. When I asked for my drink, she stood there for a few minutes because I don't think she knew how to make it. The other employee was decorating a cake and I assume she's worked there for longer than this trainee had. The other employee directed her to this book that they use and walked away. She still had a little bit of trouble, and she kept looking over at the other girl. I felt really bad for her. If they are going to train employees, maybe help them. I hope the dynamic changes because I seen a help-wanted sign! My drink was okay. She tried! And I still tipped because she earned it.

It's officially summertime and we have triple digits temperature in VEGAS! So for my hubby's birthday, we got him an ice cream cake at Baskin Robbins! We always enjoy their ice cream. We used to be able to order over the phone and try to save time because we had so many errands to run. The 24 hr time period had passed to pre-order so we had to go in, which was fine. The cake was amazing, it fed 16-24 for our party. (Still have leftovers) The ice cream was mint chocolate chip (my favorite) with vanilla cake and confetti, the icing was blue with drawn on balloons and confetti. So cute. The interior was clean, some booths, and tables with chairs just the way I remembered. See pictures below of the yummy cake!

Thank you to the staff. Even though it was a bit busy, they kept it under control. Also, thank you to the girl who was traveling and made my drink. I appreciate you all!

Tonight I ordered 3 Reese's Peanut Butter cup Sundae's for pick up. I had my son pick them up. He arrives and says that hes here to pick up. 1 young employee says to the other.... "Where the f$(k is those Sundays"... Young employee #2 says "They F&)king melted". The pick up was set for 8:45- he arrived at 8:44! He waited for them to remake them and was so frustrated that he took what they gave him and came home. I've attached what it's supposed to look like and what we got. There was almost nothing in any of them. $25 and all we got was crap. I'm so angry

Located on the corner of Desert Inn and Jones, Baskin Robins is easy to spot. It's a decent size ice cream parlor where you can seat and eat or quick scoop to go. I came here to order a few packaged ice cream to go. Unfortunately they only had 2 of the 4 flavors pre-packaged. The other two are fresh packaged, meaning they have to scoop it in front of you. Which probably took 5-10 minutes to do since there was 2 flavors that needed fresh packaged. I came in early when it was opening and ordered. It was nice and quiet and the server was fairly new and by herself, so it's understandable that she's still learning, but handled everything with ease. Overall, decent place, the server was really nice and calm and very helpful. I'm pretty sure scooping up ice cream is an in and out ordeal. But if you plan to order packaged ice cream, you might wait 5-10 minutes.

Stay behind the stanchions please. For the employee's, and your, safety!

31 flavors. And I always choose Vanilla. And you know what? That's ok! Because the vanilla here is some of the best I've ever had. The shop is small. Not much more than a few freezers and a counter with a register but apparently that's all you really need to make magic happen. I personally get the Banana Royale- a two scoop sundae topped to the brim with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry on top. You can rest assured that the store is always clean and the staff is super nice. They've helped me out on more than a few occasions. Such as when I need cakes for workplace birthdays or when my wife's sweet tooth is calling. You really can't go wrong.

Supposed to be a Hello Kitty theme cake for my girlfriend.

I ordered a birthday cake and made it clear it was supposed to be q Hello Kitty theme cake like it showed in the binder...However the picture I have below is what I received. It was too late to get a last minute cake so I made the best of it lol. I mean it even had the Hello Kitty serial number/ code like it said in the book.

Proceeded to get ice cream after our disappointment at dinner... Baskin is always a good idea! We visited this location once before and when we came in tonight we noticed they had renovated! Good job on the reno, lobby is less cluttered with tables, have a sleek vibe and I looooove that they had kid height display freezers. What a back saver! I noticed another display freezer with fancy cakes, special ice pops, dipped pops and bananas with sprinkles! Way to go with the variety. The young man who helped us this evening was very patient and friendly. We'll definitely be back again!

COVID review. Walk in to order. Ordering was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. All staff had masks on properly. Ordered the layered Reese's sundae. It was super good, one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Really rich flavor I would suggest sharing. This is a great spot for desserts.

I needed something sweet and sound to end my evening. It was the 31st which means $1.70 scoops. I ordered 3 scoops of Vanilla and 3 scoops of Oreo Cookies and Cream. There was 2 people inside a guy who didn't look too pleased to help you and a lady that was willing to help. The lady was on the register and didn't even wash her hands before she started to grab my ice cream... even though she isn't actually touching it would've been not to see. The space is small and intimate but if you're like me you're in and out. This store could use some updating... It would be nice to see some modernization added here.

Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that are huge Matcha lovers I bring them here! They have plenty of seating, pretty nice size tables ranging from smaller squares, to larger circle tables to pretty good size community tables. Very clean, minimalistic, open space. It's a great place to hangout, it can get pretty busy sometimes. And that parking lot in general... sometimes I've gone there and had a hard time finding parking (I've actually left out of frustration before) it really just depends when you go. You do have a lot of really well-known local places in that shopping center that get incredibly busy especially late afternoon/early evenings on weekends from my experience. Haven't really had a problem when I've gone on a weekday. They have a really awesome menu! If you're not a Matcha person... but you're going with a matcha person.. they do have some coffee drinks as well! They have egg salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches, and a few different desserts including layered crêpe cakes. My favorite thing to get there is their Matcha float latte, it's kind of the best of both worlds where you get your Matcha latte and a Matcha soft serve all in one! There are so many different combinations that you can get there of different types of green teas, either in tea form, latte, floats, parfait, and so many different flavors and toppings like they have their banana Matcha latte, which is really good!! They have quite a few flavors of soft serve (and don't worry for the ones that don't like Matcha, but are going with a Matcha person they have ones like black sesame, Ube, vanilla, etc. I miss their lychee flavor... I believe it was a limited time flavor, and I absolutely loved that soft serve... please bring it back!) and they're absolutely perfect, the texture and consistency of their soft serve is great. Tonight I got their Matcha and vanilla swirl soft serve on a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. (I had a birthday reward, They have a really awesome rewards program!) and it brought me joy in a way that I can't even put words and it was the perfect after dinner dessert and a great way to end the evening! It's an awesome place if in the middle of the day you need your Matcha fix, you need caffeine but you're not a coffee person. It's also really great place for a semi-late night (I believe they close at 10? so it's not like super late or anything, but still open until a pretty decent time) dessert and catch up with friends! Overall, a really great place and if love Matcha, you should really check this place out!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.
