I've been coming since the little stand was open so this definitely wasn't my first time. The raspas I ordered were packed high and messy with syrup dripping everywhere. If you ask for a larger cup to transfer the raspa in like I did, it'll be 25 cents. I would definitely recommend improvement on presentation and staff customer service. Flavor is great like always but it's frustrating to try eating with syrup and ice falling everywhere. Also surprised the staff didn't wipe the cups down first knowing there was a mess. Be in for a messy treat or be proactive & take your own larger cup! Flavors I'd recommend: tres leches, leche , limon, tigers blood & tamarindo

I settled for a regular cone with one scoop, only to find that they measure the scoops by ounces. That one small scoop ended up costing me $4.75, which felt way overpriced for what I got. To make matters worse, right before taking my order, the server rang up another customer and handled cash with her gloves on--then never changed them before scooping my ice cream. That's a major hygiene red flag. Between the lack of waffle cones, the high prices for tiny portions, and questionable cleanliness, I can't say I'll be back. Overall, I'd give this place a 1.2 out of 10.

We ordered a couple phillys and the BBQ potato. At the $20 price point, you would assume that each dish would have more than 2.5 oz of meat. The pork and brisket on the potato were indistinguishable. The meat for the phillys didn't cover one side of the bread and appetizers delivered after the meal. Beers were cold and pretty good drink prices. Won't come again.

The salad was fresh and enjoyable, but the soup was overwhelmed by soy sauce, with dried out mushrooms and green onions that didn't add much. The hibachi itself leaned too heavily on sauce to make up for the overcooked chicken, steak, and shrimp, it felt like the proteins took a back seat to the seasoning. On the bright side, the gyoza was delicious, crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the appetizer. If we come back, it might just be for a couple orders of gyoza and a Sapporo. Or try a couple items from the sushi bar. Our waitress was nice and friendly, which we really appreciated, it made the experience more pleasant overall.
