    This Baskin Robbins is just ok. The employees lack friendliness. Also this location isn't clean like other location.

    The cashier was really helpful and happy. He started to assist me as soon as I stepped in the shop. There were two non dairy flavors a sorbet or cookies and cream . I went against my usual and selected the sorbet. Of course the employee offered me samples to help aid in my decision. I loved the sorbet . It was light and refreshing . They accept rewards offers at this location so redemption was easy peasy. There are tables both inside and outside .

    Just ordered DoorDash and the brownie sundae was burnt and the ice cream was completely melted. Thanks for nothing!

    I placed my order through DoorDash and the order was delivered before the estimated time. When I opened the container the ice cream was completely melted. I wasn't able to use the plastic spoon to dig into the brownie because it was burnt. The brownie was rock hard. Thanks for nothing Baskin Robins

    Came in with my kids and asked for a mango smoothie. Lady at the front added banana when I asked her why she did that she said it was included and I said no it's not it's extra and I don't even like banana. She walks over to the trash and shows me the peel. She was confrontational so I just paid. I won't be coming back

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location and do not intend to return. On Saturday, September 13, I placed an online order for a Polar Pizza Ice Cream treat for pickup on Sunday, September 14. On Sunday I went to pick up my order & I asked my teenage son to grab it for me. When he returned to the car, he informed me that a staff member had told him to cancel the order because it wasn't ready. Curious about the situation, I got out to speak with her. She claimed to have no record of my order and blamed her son for its unprepared status. Feeling confused, I asked, "What does your son have to do with my order not being ready, and how will you resolve this?" Her response was rude, insisting that I should cancel my order. I explained that this was impossible since it was non-refundable online and there was no option to cancel. She then incorrectly stated that I had placed the order on the same day. I showed her the order date, confirming it was placed on Saturday the 13th. She also mentioned something about it not going through the online system. However, that shouldn't be my concern; it's the store's responsibility to address issues with Baskin-Robbins. With all due respect, it was a bit challenging to understand her. She then informed me that there would be a 30-minute wait and noted that only four flavors were available for the Polar Pizza. At first, I was unsure if she was referring to the crust, as she mentioned a lack of cookies, which left me confused about whether she meant the ice cream or the crust. She told me it was a 30-minute wait. After she prepared my order, she told me that this would be the last time she would do this, which baffled me since she had initially claimed I placed the order on the same day, despite me showing her the online order from the app during our first conversation. I expressed that it wasn't my fault as a customer for placing an order and that she should not place the blame on me when the store needed to resolve this issue on their end. I've never had an issue at a Baskin-Robbins location. This was my first time at this location and the last.

    Misbah has greaaaat customer service! She let me sample anything I wanted. Bathroom was clean too!

    Horrible customer service I ordered a rock Road shake and when I got it, it had a rotten milk smell to it and had a horrible sour taste to it so I asked the lady for a refund and she said it's against her religion ( idk what that has to do with it ) but it's gross she doesn't wash her hand nor wore any glove she had bad hygiene smelt like she rolled around in a trashcan and her breath smelt like rotten flesh

    ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!…read more I just had the worst experience ever at this Baskin Robbins location. I have been a loyal customer since childhood, and never have I encountered such poor customer service--both from an employee (Victoria) and the supervisor, Cynthia. I ordered two hand-packed quarts of Love Potion 31 (my ultimate favorite ), but instead of receiving what I paid for, I got less than a quart along with attitude for simply preferring hand-packed over pre-packed ice cream. This was the second time I received this kind of treatment from Victoria. I called the store, provided photos, and was told to call back the next day when the supervisor was available. Wanting to ensure my concern was heard, I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that I would hear back from the store manager, Cynthia, within 1-2 days. To my surprise, Cynthia called me within 15 minutes. At first, I was relieved--until I realized she wasn't interested in resolving my concern, but rather, blaming me for not asking to see the scale. Despite me explaining that I physically couldn't see over the counter, she dismissed my concern, insisting that Victoria wouldn't have under-packed the ice cream and that I should bring it in to be weighed. When I agreed, Cynthia completely backtracked, saying it wouldn't be accurate because I could have removed ice cream--essentially accusing me of lying and stealing. That was beyond disappointing. I take great offense to being treated with such disrespect over something as simple as ice cream. At this point, it's not about being shorted on ice cream--it's about the way Cynthia chose to handle the situation. A true manager would know how to deescalate a concern, not escalate it. What started as a simple complaint resulted in a complete refund, another complaint to corporate, and this poor review. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location. Cynthia, with 10+ years in management, you should be ashamed of how you handle customer concerns. Victoria still has time to learn, but if this is the example being set--this store is in trouble. Shame on you, Cynthia.
