Hello Yelpers, Sooo, today my kids and I stopped in for some ice cream and shakes. This place is very clean(which is obviously a big deal) and felt very welcomed and was taken care of right away. My cappuccino turtle blast was made as ordered and have been here 30 mins and what's left of my drink is still cold and delicious. The woman Adriana who helped us out was very nice and efficient. We will be back. read more

Let me start by saying the place is understaffed, these poor girls have to be overworked with only 1-2 people on staff. Secondly, this is the second time I've been disappointed by ordering a custom cake from this location. The first time I ordered a cake, they cake decoration was ruined because the cake was left out on top of the freezers where the ice cream is when I went to pick it up. This time, the top of the cake had indentations of the orientation of the cake decoration being changed. Will I order a custom cake from here again? Probably not. read more

I haven't been to a BR in a while mainly due to covid but we came here because we were given a gift card. The ice cream is always so tasty. Due to covid there were tables set up between the ice cream and yourself and no area to sit down which is to be expected. The employees all wore masks and majority of the lobby area was clean except for the extremely dirty mask on one of the tables. We said something but they just left it there. Hopefully they came around and threw it away after. Other than that the ice cream tasted like BR ice cream. It's over priced but was a fun little outing for the kids. read more

My birthday cake was ordered 3 days before it was picked up. The cake was nothing like the photo, it was rushed and sloppy. The frosting was so bitter the cake is inedible. I contacted the corporate office via email and was told the message would be forwarded to the AV shop to contact me about this disaster. Nobody has contacted me. They don't care if they waste your hard earned money. This horrible mess cost us $55.00. Happy Birthday to me !!!!! read more

Not a big fan of Baskin Robbins in general but they sent my son a coupon for a free scoop on his birthday and this was the location closest to Jess Ranch where he wanted to have dinner and see a movie. The service is great, she gave him two huge soops of Reeses Peanut Butter cup which he really enjoyed. They had a big selection and the store is clean, still to me it is some of the most artificially processed ice cream out there. This is one of the nicer BR I have been to and if you are in desperate need of ice cream and in the area it'll do. read more

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT FOR OVERCHARGES. I asked for a medium size cup of marshmallow topping to go with my 2 prepacks. When I saw the girl had used a small cup, and only filled it half way, I told her I would need 2 of them. She didn't seem too thrilled about my asking for a 2nd one, and proceeded to overcharge me. I found her behavior quite rude. She rang up 3 toppings instead of the 2 small, half filled ones and asked me if I wanted a receipt. Luckily, I said yes, because if I had said no, I would have never noticed. I looked at my receipt, and pointed out the 3x charges, and she refused to give me a refund. Instead, she said she charged me for 3 on purpose because she had to put it in a cup and not on top of my ice cream. Of course, she never brought up anything about charging me 3x BEFOREHAND, and the Hesperia Baskin Robbins has never done such a thing. The topping is 99 cents. I'd like a refund of the amount I was overcharged. Since the small cups were only 1/2 way full, I should only be charged for 1 full one. This girl can't just purposely charge someone for 3 items, when they've only received 2. They have set prices. She can't just overcharge certain people because she wants to. I've never seen this kind of mentality before. I agree with the other Yelpers, if she doesn't like people, get a job working in front of a computer or something. I've contacted the corporate office over the overcharge since it wasn't an accident, she did it on purpose. And I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Not for 99 cents, but for the principle of the matter. read more

I've been here many times and noticed this past year service got better and staff was nice

Will not go back. I thought I would give this place another try. Rude employee, does not even aknowledge you when you walkin. Keeps you waiting way too long, hot day and the owner too tight to turn on AC for it's customers. Girl behind the counter told customer in front of me they have to keep covers over the ice creams in the freezers cold and from melting?? What?? Overpriced mediocre ice cream anyway. Will stick with Sonic. read more

Covid is over why the heck can't you dine in here yet???parents don't wanna take their kids for an ice cream and not be able to eat it there nor do they wanna bring their kids with their messy ice cream into their cars so much for taking your kid out for a treat now this is so ridiculous I will never come here again and until dine in is back open read more

The staff is very rude and made my order wrong I asked for a large and they gave me a small I was so disgusted with their attitude. That I literally just took whatever they gave me and left I will be calling management in the morning this is ridiculous they were upset because the door dash kept getting orders I mean isn't it their job to make the orders ... smh and then they had everything cleaned up read more

Hi I bought a cake for my moms birthday and the order was made online however when I picked up the cake it looked nothing like the one I chose is ridiculous look at the flowers on this cake they look like cookies not like flowers I then contacted customer service and just had me back and forth that supposedly the manager at this location was going to contact me and til today no one has had the courtesy to contact me never again I will order a cake from this place read more

Baskin-Robbins - Look at the horrible flowers they look like cookies - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Apple Valley, California

Customers are just freaking dumb lmao I've worked here and the amount of shit I put up with customers is ridiculous the employees follow guidelines and recipes already put up around the store .. you want more or extra if something OBVIOUSLY it's going to be more expensive and if you have a question just ask the worker they'll explain protocol and what they can do to help you and your service but instead you guys go bitching here read more

The woman who was working there greeted us as soon as we walked in the store She was very friendly and helpful. Don't understand why this location got bad reviews but we had a great experience. read more

Stopped in this afternoon for a sweat treat with my daughter and grand daughter. Employee obviously hates her job and doesn't want to be there. She also doesn't like to make shakes as it requires a little bit of extra work! No smile. No anything. May as well ordered from a machine. Too bad. Damn...someone needs some training on the difference between a shake and a malt too. Theeres a difference honey! read more

My shakes are never full here. It's ridiculous. And horrible service to boot. If I wanted a small or less than a medium, I'd order that. Also, no offering of whipped cream? read more

Soft serve is never ready in the morning, there is 1 guy that closes and sets the machine to work in the morning, he also opens, Great Kid, I don't think the owner is a where of this problem So this morning, I walk in at 11:30 am, and the girl says. ( no its not working ) at $3 a cone, I would have this machine working. So I'm setting over at Tastee Freeze eating a 99cent cone. I have to call before I go, such a hassle. Nice clean place. Just get with the PROGRAM ! read more

For years we've been coming to this location and it's always been great. Yes it's pricey, but the quality is there. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars, is because of their change in hump day sundaes. When we lived around the corner, i'd go there every wed. for a bogo brownie sundae. I was recently informed that the brownie sundaes no longer qualify. BOOOOOOOOOOO! read more

1 star! i WISH i could give it 0! the workers are extremely rude. you can tell they get annoyed when anyone walks in! the shop was dirty. and the employee deep sighed, rolled her eyes and began slamming the blender and equipment when i asked if i could have a milkshake. if you see a blonde girl with glasses i honestly suggest walking right out of the shop or reporting to manager! read more

Horrible, rude service!! Refused to take our orders separate. Milkshake was mostly milk. All three girls that were working should be let go. read more

Awful customer service!!!! Employee threw everything around like she was irritated that we ordered! Actually had to walk to staters to buy hot fudge , cause the hot fudge was cold . Second time we have come here and was treated so rudely! I'll make my own sundaes from now on ! read more

They didn't even try to make my order correct. Nor did they blend it enough for me to even drink it! Solid ice chunks

Will not go back to this location, ordering a banana split was to much work for the girl with thick eyeliner and fake lashes, she roll her eyes and signed at the idea of my order, my family came in all on separate orders and proceeded to make the rest of my family wait while they assisted people behind us who also remarked that you family were ahead of them, their response was oh I'm sorry but she's more than capable of taking care of all of you , the rudest bunch of gals and then proceeded to speak to one another in Spanish while looking up at us, I understand your rude Spanish slang , call me a white girl again and yes we have a crappy attitude when your being rude , never again they should all be fired read more

You guys need some better employees and better customer service. CLEAN your damn equipment when you close not during business hours and maybe you won't have so many pissed off customers. read more

I WILL NEVER EVER go here again! After paying for 5 single scoops of ice cream (3 in cups 2 in cones) to go my family and I walk out the front door and within 10 feet of the front door my sons ice cream scoop falls off his cone and onto the ground. The cashier Cristine tells me/him "sorry but that is not our problem, once you leave the store you must pay for another scoop" I was absolutely stunned how smug she was and completely unwilling to give my son another scoop less than 30 seconds after paying and walking out. I hope you enjoy keeping that $2.95 ice cream scoop because I intend to tell everyone I know what horrible service they have there and to stay far away from that place. 6:40pm store #342889 Trans#166309 read more

My son and I came here. The guy helping us out created a Snickers Sundae with Hot Fudge for my son. That was very sweet and the ice cream was fantastic! read more

Not what it use to be. The ice cream is/was still good, but their prices are now too high and the inside of their joint is not very clean (dirty napkins on the floor and tables, tables dirty and sticky from others spilling ice cream on them etc). This company has seen better days. read more

I usually find that they close earlier than the close time that is posted .... Bummer, I was in the mood for some BR tonight.

Got an ice cream cake and the cashier was very nice and informed us to put the cake in the fridge right away if were weren't going to eat it right away. read more

I ordered a cake a week prior to picking it up, specified no message to be written on the cake (and confirmed on the sheet as the worker looked at the order), and yet there a message was. The worker couldn't figure out a way to take the message off without ruining the cake. No discount offered for the mistake. Paying $20 for a cake as a splurge for a loved one is not what I will be doing at Baskin Robbins again. read more

Never returning here again. We get there at exactly 8pm and this is today on February 8, 2018 they look as if they're closed and eager to go home. My bf checks the door and says it's open so we go inside and I'm deciding what I want since baskin robins isn't cheap. I decide to get a brownie sundae with snickers and rocky road and he gets a scoop of rocky road ...we leave everything's decent even though I felt rushed and as I'm eating my sundae on my way home I feel as if there's paper in my mouth and I'm eating in the car so of course it's dark and I can't see what I'm eating.. I take the piece out of my mouth and sure enough it's freaking paper! I'm like what the heck!! Okay maybe it's just from the brownie wrapper and it's supposed to be like that... but every time I get one from other locations it's not like that soooo idk... I begin to start digging around in the ice cream and my bf pulls over and theres paper everywhere in it. The picture I have is bad quality since we were driving and you can kinda see a little piece but there was a lot and for me to nearly choke on a piece pisses me off because I'm paying good money for ice cream when I can go buy a gallon for the same price as this sundae is costing me at staters next door. I drive all the way back as I live in Victorville and ask to speak to manager and she tried to solve the problem herself which I understand is what company's tell you to do because I have experience in fast food as a manager and that's what we told our employees to do... so she sees it and gives me my 6 dollars back and says it's from them scooping the side of the bin... but I just don't get how if your Serving ice cream and if your paying attention to quality and remembering satisfaction.... how does this happen?!?! NEVER have I had this happen and the one time I decide to try this location it's sad it will be the last time. She handled my frustrations very well but I really wish I was eating my brownie sundae and I sure didn't trust to eat another one from there. A receipt would've been nice but whatever bottom line is Check your kids ice cream cuz it might just have some cardboard in it. read more
