Ok so this gym is extremely expensive however it is a lovely gym (though I'm sure you can find the…read moresame for less money). You get a complimentary towel on entry and it has a lovely cafe in it. There's a workout room, a weights room, its own running machine darkened room, a spinning room, 3 squash courts, a swimming pool with hot beds, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, studio and badminton court. As well as sun beds, crèche, beauty parlour and its own conference facilities. I am very impressed with the extensive selection of fitness classes available - and i often pop to these on my lunch break or after work
