Well it took us about that many passes before I finally suggested we stop in for pizza. In addition to the pizza, plenty of fresh produce, herbs, and seafood greet you as you enter, and although plenty spacious, the place was packed!
Well off the tourist path, it's clear these folks provide simple, ample, and delicious meals for locals and pssserbys. We were the only folks speaking English (most everyone spoke Catalon) and after some back and forth broken Spanish, our waiter graciously brought us an English language menu. Although embarrassed, we were thankful as one of us speaks basic Spanish and French, but neither of us speak Catalon (but don't get me wrong, we'll try)!
Everyone was patience with us dispute the language barrier and we enjoyed picking this and that off the expansive menu, as well as watching the beautifully decorated desserts pass as we waited for our food.
The calendar was cooked perfectly, and our pizzas arrive piping hot, freshly plucked from their wood fire ovens. The coulant was delicious and although simple, all of the flavors and textures were spot on. If we find ourselves in the area we'd likely visit again to explore the rest of their menu!
