Ok now. Motorcycles are always expensive, a lot more expensive than cars. Both, parts and labor…read more Having that in mind, I am very happy with the price I paid and the service I got. The service was honest, quick and a big bang for a buck. I gained trust for these guys after this first time I dealt with them. Let me list all the good: 1) $650 for diagnostics + engine swap + carb cleaning + putting everything back together+small stuff (lube chain, set tire pressure, etc). Might not seem too cheap at the first glance, but it's a great price for service like that. 2) Fast service! 3) They worked with me on every aspect. They kept my bike around for quite some time while I was searching for a replacement engine. I actually felt bad LOL. But no problem! 4) They make sure they explain / talk / discuss with you whenever some service needs to be done 5) Friendly attitude. I really felt like I was dealing with motorcycle enthusiasts. They will advise you of stuff and talk to you when you need it. Any problem or concern I had was addressed with care and friendliness. 6) They care! Before I was going to leave, one of the mechanics took his time to point out that the front rim has a dent in it. Also, they mentioned the chain that will need replacement soon. Just to make sure I know and give my attention to it. That said, this now becomes my "to-go" place for bike work.

I originally took my kids Polaris Outlaw to be serviced. It took more than a week to get a diagnostic, which wasn't a problem whatsoever. I worked with Conner who eventually game me the entire rundown of cost for parts and labor. I then in turn took an extra week to get to the shop to further dive into what the repair would look like. After the discussion I decided that I would just pay for the diagnostic and take it back home. Conner informed me that they had disassembled the bike and would put it back together before pick up. Again, no problem. I informed them I would have someone pick it up in a couple of days. Once my neighbor arrived to pick it up, he sent me a picture of the bike still in pieces. I called immediately and Connor apologized and said he would come pick it up personally and reassemble it. Days went by after the scheduled pick up time, he rescheduled and apologized. AGAIN, days went by after the rescheduled time, so I reached out to him, that's when he informed me he was let go by the company. Okay, so now I call the service department back and they apologized and said they would call me back the same day. And let's just say, I have not heard from him. So now I have a bike in pieces and no idea what to do next. I have never experienced anything like this and would warn anyone to be aware of using them in any capacity.

When I dropped the bike off on a Saturday, I was told the service manager was out and would follow up with me Tuesday. No one ever called. I went in on Thursday and was told they don't typically work on Triumph motorcycles, but they would order the needed parts and contact the insurance adjuster if anything else was required. That was the last time they proactively contacted me. Over seven weeks, I had to go to the shop in person multiple times just to get vague updates. At week three, they said parts were ordered but not all had arrived. At week four, still waiting. At week six, they claimed the parts were the wrong color and needed to be returned. The service manager said he would personally drive to a Triumph dealer in North Georgia to get the correct parts -- he never did. Eventually, after seven weeks of little to no progress, the service manager said they would transport the bike to a Triumph dealership in North Georgia. That never happened either. My wife went in to speak with the GM, who told her this is a Honda dealership and questioned why we even brought it there -- despite the fact that it was recommended by our insurance adjuster. Moreover, GM communicated to my wife that Triumph would not send any parts to a non-Triumph dealership, but the service manager told me personally that some parts were on hand and others received were wrong. Communication was almost nonexistent. Calling for updates was pointless -- either you get hung up on, transferred to nowhere, or sent to voicemail that is never returned. The biggest disappointment was how the GM handled the situation. The shop had multiple opportunities to tell me they could not repair the bike but instead strung us along for seven weeks with zero progress. In the end, I had to hire a transport company myself to move the bike to another dealership -- and found out no parts had ever actually been ordered. This was a complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop for any repairs, especially insurance work. You will regret it if you use them for any type of repair.
