Basi Insurance have been amazing bending over backwards for their clients, sending friendly reminders when paperwork is needed to be turned in (I always need reminders!), driving to me to collect the paperwork, making sure I have all the discounts I'm qualified for & saving me more money than any other insurance company could remotely come close too! When I needed roadside assistance, they consistently checked up on me to make sure the tow truck got there quickly and that I got the help I needed. Cher at Basi Insurance in Oakdale is an amazing, helpful and knowledgeable agent. She helped us with setting up our homeowners insurance and made sure we had extra coverage on the things that were valuable to us if ever lost, damaged or stolen. We also have our auto insurance through them and Cher shared with us about the windshield protection policy they offer which was cheap and a no brainer to add to our policy. We just added our teenage driver to our policy which I was expecting to be very expensive and to my surprise it wasn't bad at all.
